装配式配筋砌块砌体结构施工工艺与安装方法研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国建筑工业化和住宅产业化进程的不断加速,建筑行业以前所未有的速度发展。工厂预制、现场安装的各类装配式结构在工程应用过程中迅速推广,工业化的施工方法成为符合当今社会生产力水平的先进生产方式。在过去的几十年里,砌块整浇墙结构体系在哈尔滨工业大学科研团队的推动下不断发展、不断改进,大量应用于实际工程中。随着施工水平的不断提高,传统现场砌筑的方法暴露出其不足之处,配筋砌块砌体结构的预制装配化成为砌块整浇墙结构体系的发展方向,而现场预制这种全新的工业化施工理念与砌体结构施工特点的有机结合成为砌体结构工业化生产的独有优势。 本文提出了装配式配筋砌块砌体结构这种全新的施工工艺,并对空心砌块砌体墙片吊装性能、各类绑扎材料拉伸性能、装配式配筋砌块砌体剪力墙制作过程进行了试验研究,研究内容主要包括以下三个方面: (1)通过空心砌块砌体墙片吊装试验对其吊装性能进行研究,并提出吊装安全要求;通过试验验证各种材料用作墙体绑扎的可行性,最终得到经济合理、工程适用的吊装方案; (2)通过装配式配筋砌块砌体墙片的制作过程模拟装配式配筋砌块砌体结构的施工过程,,并对施工质量进行检验,试验中墙片的制作方案即可作为工程应用中墙体的施工方案; (3)对装配式配筋砌块砌体结构工法进行了初步设计,主要包括竖向结合面、水平结合面的工程做法;针对试验中出现的问题对工程做法提出了建议;对现场预制和工厂预制进行理论概述,并通过实际工程比较两者的差异。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous acceleration of the industrialization of construction and housing in China, the construction industry has developed at an unprecedented speed. All kinds of prefabricated structures, installed on site, have been rapidly popularized in the process of engineering application. The industrialized construction method has become an advanced mode of production in line with the level of social productive forces today. In the past few decades, the block cast-in-place wall structure system has been continuously developed and improved under the impetus of the research team of Harbin University of Technology. It is widely used in practical engineering. With the improvement of construction level, the traditional method of on-site masonry has exposed its shortcomings, and the precast assembly of reinforced block masonry structure has become the development direction of block cast-in-place wall structure system. The organic combination of the new industrial construction concept and the construction characteristics of masonry structure becomes the unique advantage of the industrial production of masonry structure. In this paper, a new construction technology of prefabricated reinforced block masonry structure is put forward. The hoisting performance of hollow block masonry wall, the tensile properties of various kinds of binding materials, and the manufacture process of prefabricated reinforced block masonry shear wall are studied experimentally. The research mainly includes the following three aspects:. (1) the hoisting performance of hollow block masonry wall is studied through hoisting test, and the safety requirements of hoisting are put forward, and the feasibility of using various materials as wall binding is verified through the test, and finally, an economical and suitable hoisting scheme is obtained. 2) simulating the construction process of fabricated reinforced block masonry masonry structure through the production process of fabricated reinforced block masonry wall, and checking the construction quality, the construction scheme of wall sheet in test can be used as the construction plan in engineering application; 3) the construction method of assembled reinforced block masonry is preliminarily designed, which mainly includes the engineering method of vertical joint surface and horizontal joint surface, and puts forward some suggestions to the engineering practice in view of the problems in the test. This paper summarizes the theory of field prefabrication and factory prefabrication, and compares their differences through practical engineering.
