宝尚集团发展战略研究

【摘要】:在当前能源危机与构建生态文明的大背景下,我国政府与社会各界均深刻意识到推广以“节能、节地、节水、节材、环保”为核心的绿色建筑的必要性与紧迫性。可以预见的是,绿色建筑必将成为市场主流,将迎来无比广阔的前景。上海宝尚建筑科技集团有限公司(或简称宝尚集团)是一家专业性的建筑企业,以钢结构建筑一体化解决方案为主营业务,在设计、制作、施工、技术指导、售后服务等方面为客户创造核心价值。经过十年的不懈努力,公司已成为国内公共建筑和工业建筑工程领域的知名企业。但是,随着建筑施工市场竞争的日益加剧,在传统的业务模式下,公司的业务成长及盈利能力均面临严峻挑战。公司管理层敏锐地认识到,由于内外部环境的深刻变化,公司必须充分利用现有的资源与能力,对业务进行本质上的转型与升级,积极应对绿色建筑的历史洪流,制定全新的发展战略体系,全力打造提供融合咨询服务、设计服务、施工服务及能源管理服务的安全、可靠、性价比卓越的绿色建筑解决方案供应商。在此背景下,本文研究旨在探讨以下两大问题:其一,绿色建筑及其发展路径与市场前景;其二,在建筑绿色化的潮流涌动之下,宝尚集团现有的资源能力状况,以及公司如何有效利用这些资源能力投入到绿色建筑市场的竞争当中并赢得一席之地。为此,本文在深入系统的数据收集与内外部调研的前提下,运用现代管理学特别是战略管理学的相关理论与方法,在解答第一个问题的基础上,重点分析了研究了宝尚集团的内部环境、发展战略规划与实施,有效达成了本文研究目标。本文研究可分为六个部分。第一部分为绪论,简要阐释本文的研究背景、目标与框架。第二部分为绿色建筑发展环境分析,主要内容包括绿色建筑定义域内涵、绿色建筑发展沿革与路径、绿色建筑市场前景与竞争环境等。第三部分为宝尚集团内部环境分析,运用资源能力分析方法,对集团现状进行了较为深入的剖析。第四部分为宝尚集团发展战略分析,包括整体战略选择、核心战略定位及战略路径与目标三大板块。第五章为宝尚集团发展战略保障部分,结合战略发展的需要,本文提出从项目管理、人力资源管理、技术研发管理及企业文化建设从层面有效保障。第六部分对论文的粗浅成果进行总结。
[Abstract]:Against the background of the current energy crisis and the construction of ecological civilization, our government and all sectors of society are deeply aware of the promotion of "saving energy, land, water and materials," The necessity and urgency of green building with environmental protection as its core. It can be predicted that green building will become the mainstream of the market. Shanghai Baoshan Construction Technology Group Co., Ltd. is a professional construction enterprise, which is mainly engaged in the design, manufacture and construction of steel construction integrated solutions. Technical guidance, after-sales service and other aspects for customers to create core value. After ten years of unremitting efforts, the company has become a well-known enterprise in the field of public construction and industrial construction engineering. However, with the increasingly fierce competition in the construction market, In the traditional business model, the business growth and profitability of the company are facing serious challenges. The management of the company is acutely aware that due to the profound changes in the internal and external environment, the company must make full use of its existing resources and capabilities. To transform and upgrade the business in essence, actively respond to the historical flood of green buildings, formulate a new development strategy system, and make every effort to provide integrated consulting services, design services, construction services and energy management services of safety and reliability, In this context, the purpose of this study is to explore the following two major problems: first, green building and its development path and market prospects; second, under the trend of green architecture, The current resource capabilities of Baushang, and how the company can effectively use these resources to compete in the green building market and win a place, On the premise of deep and systematic data collection and internal and external investigation, this paper applies the relevant theories and methods of modern management, especially strategic management, on the basis of answering the first question. This paper mainly analyzes the internal environment, development strategy planning and implementation of Baushang Group, and achieves the research goal effectively. The research of this paper can be divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, which briefly explains the research background of this paper. The second part is the environmental analysis of green building development. The main content includes the connotation of green building definition domain, the evolution and path of green building development. The third part is the analysis of the internal environment of Baushang Group. Using the method of resource ability analysis, the paper makes a deep analysis of the present situation of the Group. 4th part is the analysis of the development strategy of Baoshan Group, and the third part is the analysis of the internal environment of Baushang Group. Including the overall strategic choice, core strategic positioning and strategic path and objectives. 5th chapter of the development strategy of Baoshan Group, combined with the needs of strategic development, this paper proposed from the project management, human resources management, Technology R & D management and corporate culture construction from the level of effective protection. 6th part of the paper summary of shallow results.
