外包U型钢—混凝土组合梁抗弯性能研究

【摘要】:外包U型钢—混凝土组合梁是在普通组合梁的基础上发展起来的一种更具优势的组合构件。这种组合梁采用U型截面钢作为钢构件,U型钢可以轧制,也可以采用钢板或型钢焊接而成,在U型钢内设置抗剪连接件,并在U型钢内浇筑混凝土,通过抗剪连接件使钢构件和混凝土共同工作。这种组合梁具有承载力高、抗火性能好、延性好、施工方便等优点,是一种具有良好应用前景的新型组合构件。本文对外包U型钢—混凝土组合梁的抗弯性能进行了系统研究,主要完成了以下工作: (1)完成了6根足尺外包U型钢—混凝土组合梁受弯性能试验,研究抗剪连接件数量、截面尺寸、混凝土翼缘板宽度等参数对组合梁抗弯性能的影响。通过分析试验现象、荷载—挠度曲线、荷载—应变曲线、不同荷载级别下应变沿截面高度变化规律与挠曲线来研究这种组合梁的抗弯性能。 (2)采用通用有限元软件ABAQUS对外包U型钢—混凝土组合梁的受弯性能进行模拟,,并将模拟结果与试验结果进行对比来验证有限元模型的正确性。然后进行了典型组合梁构件分析,研究这种截面形式组合梁的受弯工作机理。最后分析了钢板残余应力、材料强度、组合梁截面尺寸和钢板厚度对抗弯承载力的影响。 (3)基于截面全塑性假设推导了外包U型钢—混凝土组合梁抗弯承载力计算方法,给出了完全抗剪连接与部分抗剪连接组合梁抗弯承载力计算公式,并用试验结果验证了公式的合理性。采用折减刚度法推导了组合梁挠度计算公式。
[Abstract]:The overlaid U-shaped steel-concrete composite beam is a kind of more advantageous composite member developed on the basis of ordinary composite beam. This composite beam can be rolled by using U-section steel as steel member. It can also be made of steel plates or sections of steel, with shear-resistant connectors in the U-section steel, and concrete in the U-section steel. Through the shear connectors, the steel members and the concrete can work together. This composite beam has high bearing capacity. Because of its good fire resistance, good ductility and convenient construction, it is a new type of composite member with good application prospect. In this paper, the flexural behavior of U-shaped steel reinforced concrete composite beam is studied systematically, and the following work is accomplished:. In this paper, the flexural behavior tests of 6 full scale steel reinforced concrete composite beams are carried out. The effects of the number of shear joints, the size of section and the width of concrete flange slab on the flexural behavior of composite beams are studied. The flexural behavior of this composite beam is studied by means of load-deflection curve, load-strain curve, strain variation law and deflection curve along the cross-section height under different load levels. (2) the bending behavior of U-shaped steel reinforced concrete composite beams is simulated by using the universal finite element software ABAQUS, and the simulation results are compared with the experimental results to verify the correctness of the finite element model, and then the typical composite beam members are analyzed. The bending mechanism of this composite beam is studied. Finally, the influence of steel plate residual stress, material strength, cross section size and thickness of composite beam on the flexural bearing capacity is analyzed. 3) based on the assumption of full plasticity of section, the calculation method of flexural bearing capacity of steel reinforced concrete composite beams is derived, and the formula of flexural bearing capacity of composite beams with complete shear connection and partial shear connection is given. The rationality of the formula is verified by the experimental results, and the formula for calculating the deflection of composite beam is derived by the method of reduced stiffness.
