竹地板表面粉末涂料喷涂工艺研究

【摘要】:本文采用透明环氧聚酯粉末涂料,在经砂磨、预热竹地板基材上进行静电喷涂、固化和涂层抛光等工序,采用漆膜多用检测仪等仪器对涂膜性能进行了测定,并借助超景深三维显微镜从微观角度观测了涂膜层表观效果及内部固化结构特征。结果表明:(1)预热温度和表面含水率对竹地板基材表面电阻存在着协同作用,将其放置于90℃的恒温干燥箱中预热15 min,其表面含水率达到6.5%,表面电阻为6.94×108Ω,取出粉末静电喷涂,在160℃/6 min红外灯下固化,制得透明涂饰竹地板试样。涂膜外观质量好,保持原有的纹理和质感,涂膜硬度为2H,附着力等级为1级,无划痕,耐磨性225转,耐咖啡渍污染,符合我国木器涂饰相关标准要求。(2)超景深显微镜观测到试样涂膜表面平整,均匀,没有水泡、针孔产生,涂膜内部也反应完全,未见粉末颗粒,固化后的涂料结构紧致,质地坚韧,涂膜表面平均高度仅为34.85μm。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a transparent epoxy polyester powder coating was used in the process of electrostatic spraying, curing and coating polishing on the substrates of sanded and preheated bamboo floors.The performance of the coatings was measured by means of a multi-purpose tester, etc. The apparent effect and internal curing structure of the coating layer were observed from the microscopic point of view with the help of the three dimensional hyperfield microscope. The results showed that the preheating temperature and the surface moisture content had synergistic effects on the surface resistance of the bamboo floor. The surface moisture content is 6.5 and the surface resistance is 6.94 脳 10 ~ 8 惟. The powder is sprayed by electrostatic spraying and solidified under 160 鈩,
