可持续发展下的旧城社区景观改造人文设计研究

【摘要】：在我国经济发展的今天,城市化进程令人应接不暇,新兴城市,新风格的建筑和城市规划模式快速兴起的同时,相对的,老城区旧社区也以同样的速度出现在城市里。对城市的土地价格市容市貌造成影响的同时,也加剧了城市用地的紧张。快速的城市景观更新和用地紧张不但加重了土地矛盾,同时也造成了城市资源的极大浪费,和城市文化在不断的重建和拆除中遗失。本研究课题以可持续发展理论为指导,通过对国内外城市老旧社区景观改造的现状和发展成就为线索。着重研究在可持续发展理论的指导下,如何利用旧城社区的景观改造来提高城市景观的审美性和艺术性,如何将社区的人文精神和社区文化融合到景观设计中,加以保留和传承。如何利用旧城社区的景观改造达到节约社会资源,缓解土地紧张的目的。通过研究总结出旧城社区景观改造的具体设计方法,最终为未来旧城社区中的景观改造提供理论指导。
[Abstract]:In our country's economic development today, the urbanization process is overwhelming, emerging cities, new style of architecture and urban planning mode of rapid rise, at the same time, The old neighborhoods of the old urban areas appear in cities at the same rate. While affecting the city's land price, the city's appearance and appearance, it also exacerbates the tension of urban land use. Rapid urban landscape renewal and land use tension not only aggravate the land contradiction, At the same time, it also caused a great waste of urban resources, and the loss of urban culture in the continuous reconstruction and demolition. Under the guidance of the theory of sustainable development, this study focuses on the research on the status quo and achievements of landscape reconstruction in old urban communities at home and abroad, under the guidance of the theory of sustainable development. How to make use of the landscape transformation of the old city community to improve the aesthetics and artistry of the urban landscape, how to integrate the humanistic spirit of the community and the community culture into the landscape design, How to use the landscape transformation of the old city community to save social resources and alleviate the land tension. Through the research and summary of the community landscape reconstruction of the old city specific design methods, Finally, it provides theoretical guidance for the landscape reconstruction in the old city community in the future.
