智慧城市是城市转型升级的必经之路

【摘要】：正中国的智慧城市建设工作已迈入一个新时期,李克强总理就曾在中欧城镇化伙伴关系论坛上强调,智慧城市是当今世界城市发展的前沿趋势,是城市信息化的高级形态,是包含全新要素和内容的城镇化发展模式,因此,我们要从国情出发,不断探索,因地制宜、因时制宜的建设有中国特色的智慧城市。为响应党中央的领导,住房和城乡建设部联合科技部发布《关于开展国家智慧城市2014年试点申报工作的通知》,启动了第三批国家智慧城市试点申报。各地区积极响应,智慧城市建设如火如荼。
[Abstract]:The construction of intelligent cities in China has entered a new period. Premier Li Keqiang stressed at the China-EU Forum on the Partnership on urbanization that wise cities are the leading trend in the development of cities in the world today and the advanced forms of urban informatization. It is an urbanization development model that contains new elements and contents. Therefore, we should proceed from the national conditions, continue to explore, adapt measures to local conditions, and adapt measures to the times to build intelligent cities with Chinese characteristics. In response to the leadership of the CPC Central Committee, The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction, together with the Ministry of Science and Technology, issued the notice on launching the National pilot Application for Wisdom City on 2014, which launched the third batch of National pilot applications for Wisdom cities. All regions responded positively and the construction of Wisdom cities was in full swing.
