超高层建筑生活给水系统优化与节能技术

【摘要】:本文介绍了国内外二次加压供水方式的现状及发展趋势,,总结了建筑生活给水系统五种供水方式的优缺点,列出了一系列适合于高层建筑、超高层建筑采用的生活并联给水方式和串联给水方式,讲解了高层及超高层建筑进行合理竖向分区的标准,总结了建筑生活给水系统中水力计算的基本公式。以酒店类公寓楼的供水方式为模拟对象,采用具有权威性的仿真模拟软件FLOWMASTER,对该建筑的变频调速供水系统进行模拟与瞬态计算,得出系统运行时的各项参数与时间的关系,并通过模拟结果图来分析该建筑变频调速供水方式是否可靠,校核工程中水泵的各项设计参数是否合理、是否满足用户的各项要求,并对该系统提出优化措施;通过计算结果对该超高层建筑生活给水系统做节能分析,最终提出在用户用水低谷时期采用给水小泵供水是最经济、最节能的供水方式。 系统瞬态计算结果表明: ⑴五区供水系统的实际流量大于计算的理论流量,如果不对设备进行优化,必定会带来能源的巨大损失。 ⑵工程中水泵吸水管的流速和管网中的流速都存在偏大或偏小的情况,因此对流速不恰当的管段进行管径优化,以达到规范中的要求。 ⑶管网中的水压能一直达到用户端对水压的要求,这也是变频调速恒压供水方式的优点之一。 ⑷用水低谷时期,采用给水主泵进行供水,水泵消耗的功率较大,消耗过多的电能,浪费了资金。 ⑸根据对系统进行优化后的模拟计算可知,在用水量较小时段采用给水小泵供给用户用水,能够节约很多电能,值得对其推广。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the present situation and development trend of secondary pressurized water supply at home and abroad, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of five kinds of water supply modes in building life water supply system, and lists a series of suitable water supply methods for high-rise buildings. The living parallel water supply mode and the series water supply mode used in the super high-rise buildings are explained the standard of reasonable vertical zoning for the high-rise and super high-rise buildings. The basic formula of hydraulic calculation in building water supply system is summarized. The water supply mode of hotel apartment building is taken as the simulation object. By using the authoritative simulation software FLOWMASTER, the simulation and transient calculation of the variable-frequency speed-regulating water supply system of the building are carried out, and the relationship between the parameters and the time when the system is running is obtained. The simulation result diagram is used to analyze whether the water supply mode of frequency conversion speed regulating in this building is reliable, whether the design parameters of the pump are reasonable in the checking project and whether it meets the requirements of the users, and puts forward the optimization measures for the system. Through the analysis of the energy saving of the water supply system of the super high-rise building, it is put forward that it is the most economical and the most energy saving way to supply water with small pump in the period of low water consumption. The transient calculation results show that:. The actual flow of water supply system in five regions is larger than the calculated theoretical flow. If the equipment is not optimized, it will bring huge loss of energy. 2 the flow rate of water pump suction pipe and the flow velocity of pipe network are both larger or smaller in the project, so the pipe diameter of the improper flow rate is optimized in order to meet the requirements of the specification. The water pressure energy in the pipe network has been up to the requirement of water pressure at the end of the user, which is also one of the advantages of the constant pressure water supply mode of frequency conversion speed regulation. In the period of low water use, the main pump is used to supply water, the pump consumes more power, consumes too much electric energy, and wastes funds. 5According to the simulation calculation after the optimization of the system, it can be known that the small pump can save a lot of electric energy in the period of small water consumption, which is worth popularizing.
