上海市某高层房屋外墙渗漏发霉检测评估

【摘要】：对上海市某高层房屋外墙渗漏发霉进行检测评估,从房屋室内渗漏情况、外墙损伤情况、外墙空鼓情况及外墙做法等方面进行检测,结合设计图纸和现场检测结果对渗漏发霉原因进行分析。评估结果表明,该建筑房屋外墙发霉主要由于雨水沿墙缝隙渗入和墙面结露引起。上海在20世纪90年代和21世纪初建造了许多塔式结构高层住宅,此类住宅常出现外墙发霉情况,如何从根本上解决此类问题,还需要进一步研究。
[Abstract]:To detect and evaluate the external wall leakage of a high-rise building in Shanghai, including the indoor leakage, the damage of the outer wall, the empty drum of the outer wall and the practices of the exterior wall, etc. Combined with the design drawings and field test results, the causes of leakage and mildew are analyzed. The evaluation results show that, The mildew of the exterior wall of the building is mainly caused by the infiltration of Rain Water through the cracks of the wall and the condensation of the wall surface. In 1990s and early 21th century, Shanghai built many tall tower structure residences, which often have moldy exterior walls. How to fundamentally solve this kind of problem, still need further research.
