基于模数协调下的钢结构住宅体系化设计方法研究

【摘要】:摘要:立足于在我国住宅建设过程中,促进住宅产业由粗放型向集约型发展,实现工业化建造体系的形成与完善。目的是促进我国住宅产业升级换代,实现国家可持续发展战略。本文针对当前我国钢结构体系住宅中模数化设计应用研究严重缺失的现状提出。本文研究模数化设计策略在钢结构住宅体系设计中的应用,具体分为四个章节。 第一章:重点阐述我国发展钢结构住宅的社会经济、政策环境,从中我们可以看出,我国已满足钢结构住宅工业化发展的条件以及必要性,同时发现目前在我国钢结构住宅模数化存在的问题。 第二章:通过梳理住宅产业化、工业化住宅、钢结构住宅体系化建造、模数协调等关系,明确了模数作为工业化住宅建筑的基础。 第三章:阐述钢结构住宅的特性,包括其结构体系、外围护体系、墙板体系的构成,以及我国钢结构住宅的工程实践,重点理清影响钢结构住宅体系化设计的要素。 第四章:具体阐述体系化设计的设计过程、设计方法以及基本模数的选择。其中,体系化设计方法本文只涉及模数网格法与基本间设计组合法两种,从构件、部品、空间设计几方面来确定水平方向的基本模数,从层高与楼板厚度等方面来确定垂直方向的基本模数。 第五章:根据前文的研究,对钢结构住宅进行模数定位,定位方式以外围护体系的安装方式为依据,以外围护体系与主体结构的协调为原则。在不同的情况下,使用三种定位方式的混合,最大限度减少非标准构件的产生与安装节点的类型数量,提高工业化建造程度。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: based on the process of housing construction in our country, it is necessary to promote the development of housing industry from extensive to intensive, and to realize the formation and perfection of industrial construction system in order to promote the upgrading of housing industry in China. To realize the national sustainable development strategy, this paper aims at the present situation that the application of modular design in steel structure residential buildings is seriously missing. This paper studies the application of modular design strategy in the design of steel structure housing system. It is divided into four chapters. The first chapter focuses on the social economy and policy environment of the development of steel structure housing in China, from which we can see that our country has met the conditions and necessity of the industrialization development of steel structure housing. At the same time, the problems existing in the modularization of steel structure residential buildings in our country are found. The second chapter: through combing the relationships of housing industrialization, industrial residence, steel structure housing systematization, modularity coordination and so on, the paper clarifies that modulus is the foundation of industrialized residential building. The third chapter describes the characteristics of steel structure housing, including its structure system, outer enclosure system, wall board system, and the engineering practice of steel structure housing in China. Chapter 4th: the design process, the design method and the selection of basic modulus of systematized design are elaborated in detail. Among them, the systematic design method only involves the modular and digital grid method and the basic design group method. The basic modulus of horizontal direction is determined from several aspects of space design, and the basic modulus of vertical direction is determined from the aspects of floor height and floor thickness. Chapter 5th: according to the previous research, the model of steel residential building is located, the installation mode of the exterior enclosure system is based on the positioning mode, and the coordination between the external enclosure system and the main structure is the principle. Under different circumstances, The combination of three positioning methods can minimize the number of non-standard components and the number of installation nodes and improve the degree of industrial construction.
