基于城市空间形态理论的城中村更新研究

【摘要】：伴随着中国城市化进程的加快，城市对于土地的需求前所未有的迫切，城市的扩张迅猛导致了“城中村”这一独特现象的出现：以往的城乡交界地带渐渐由于城市扩张而包围，但是原本区域中的带状或者点状地区并没有完全城市化，于是形成了农村被包围在城市之中的现象。这一状况在一些经济发展较快的地区格外明显，如珠江三角洲。问题也随之而来，如城中村中密集容纳的大量外来人口，，以及由此而产生的城中村的环境问题。城市在以我们无法预料的速度迅速扩张，很快，城中村问题已经变成了全国大多数城市都急需面对和解决的难题，虽然各地的城中村问题都存在一定特殊性，但是其产生的根源和其所带来的主要问题却是类似的，可以归结为：建筑密度过大，基础设施缺乏，景观环境差，治安较乱。改造的基本方式在某种程度上也是基本一致的：大多数采用的都是推倒重建，将其中的村民和外来人口“赶出”城市。清除式的改造导致原有的城市肌理在消亡。基于此，笔者从城市空间角度出发，研究城中村渐进式改造的可能性与策略，即在注重城中村特殊城市文化的前提下进行空间改造，为我国城中村改造除了重建以外提供了另一种可能性。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the demand for land in cities is unprecedented and the rapid expansion of cities has led to the emergence of a unique phenomenon of "villages in cities": the past urban and rural areas are gradually surrounded by urban expansion. But the zonal or punctate areas in the original area were not completely urbanized, thus creating a phenomenon in which rural areas were surrounded by cities. This situation is particularly evident in some areas where the economy is growing faster. Such as the Pearl River Delta. Problems also followed, such as a large number of urban villages to accommodate a large number of foreign population, as well as the resulting environmental problems of the village in the city. Cities are expanding rapidly at an unexpected rate. Soon, the problem of villages in cities has become a difficult problem that most cities in the country urgently need to face and solve, although there are certain particularities in the problems of villages in cities all over the country. But the root causes and the main problems are similar, which can be attributed to the density of buildings, the lack of infrastructure, the poor landscape environment, Security is more chaotic. The basic ways of reforming are basically the same to some extent: most of them are used to push down and rebuild. The villagers and the alien population are "driven out" of the city. The original urban texture is dying out because of the clean-up transformation. Based on this, the author studies the possibility and strategy of the gradual transformation of the village in the city from the perspective of urban space. That is, under the premise of paying attention to the special urban culture of the village in the city, it provides another possibility for the reconstruction of the village in the city in addition to the reconstruction in our country.
