既有线重力式挡土墙安全评估体系研究

【摘要】:重力式挡土墙由于具有结构简单、施工方法简便以及依靠墙身自重承受土压力等有点,广泛应用于公路和铁路的边坡支护中。但是随着重力式挡土墙投入运营时间的增长,在外力和内力作用下,呈现出诸多病害,安全状况发生较大的变化。因此,有必要对既有线重力式挡土墙展开安全评估,明确挡土墙的安全状况,使挡土墙加固改造决策科学化,维修、养护费用最小化,运营事故最小化。根据国内外既有线挡土墙安全评估研究现状和工程实际,本文在总结前人研究成果的基础上,针对既有线重力式挡土墙安全评估体系进行了研究,研究的主要成果如下:在充分分析现有安全评估方法局限的基础上,提出了包括总体评估和细部评估两个方面的既有线重力式挡土墙安全评估体系,总体评估采用定性化的方法对挡土墙的整体安全状态做出评估,细部评估应用定量化的方法对挡土墙各细部安全状态做出评估。针对既有线重力式挡土墙总体评估采用了层次模糊综合评估法,该方法将层次分析法与模糊理论相结合,首先利用层次分析法(AHP)的思想构造出一个层次分明的、每一层包含有若干组同级评估指标既有线挡土墙安全评估指标体系,然后利用多级模糊评估模型对挡土墙的安全状态做出等级评估。针对既有线重力式挡土墙细部评估采用了安全系数评估法,该方法在全面分析挡土墙设计以及破坏形式的基础上,将挡土墙细部安全评估划分为稳定性安全评估、抗基础不均匀沉降破坏安全评估、抗墙身破坏安全评估、抗沿软弱层滑动破坏安全评估五个方面。结合工程实例阐述了本文提出的既有线重力式挡土墙安全评估体系的应用,同时用MyEclipse 8.6开发工具,Oracle 10g数据库,tomcat 7.0服务器开发了一套既有线挡土墙安全评估系统。
[Abstract]:Gravity retaining wall is widely used in slope support of highway and railway because of its simple structure, simple construction method and bearing earth pressure by self-weight of the wall body, but with the increase of operation time of gravity retaining wall, Under the action of external force and internal force, there are many diseases, and the safety situation has changed greatly. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out safety assessment of gravity retaining wall of existing railway line, to make clear the safety condition of retaining wall. This paper makes the decision of reinforcement and reconstruction of retaining wall scientific, maintenance, maintenance cost minimized, operation accident minimized. According to the present situation of safety evaluation and engineering practice of existing railway retaining wall at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the previous research results. The safety assessment system of gravity retaining wall on existing railway is studied. The main results are as follows: based on the analysis of the limitations of existing safety assessment methods, A safety assessment system for gravity retaining wall of existing railway is proposed, which includes overall assessment and detailed evaluation. The overall assessment adopts qualitative method to evaluate the overall safety status of retaining wall. In detail assessment, the quantitative method is used to evaluate the safety state of every detail of retaining wall. The hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for the overall evaluation of gravity retaining wall on existing railway lines, which combines AHP with fuzzy theory. Firstly, using the idea of Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a hierarchy is constructed, each layer contains several groups of the same level evaluation index, the existing railway retaining wall safety evaluation index system. Then the multi-stage fuzzy evaluation model is used to evaluate the safety status of retaining wall. The safety factor evaluation method is used to evaluate the gravity retaining wall in detail. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the design and failure form of retaining wall, the detailed safety assessment of retaining wall is divided into stability safety assessment, anti-foundation uneven settlement damage safety assessment, anti-wall damage safety assessment. In this paper, the application of the gravity retaining wall safety assessment system proposed in this paper is described in the light of engineering examples. At the same time, a set of existing railway retaining wall security evaluation system is developed by using MyEclipse 8.6 development tool, Oracle 10g database and tomcat 7.0 server.
