商业建筑中庭景观的绿色设计研究

【摘要】：研究商业中庭空间的最终目的,是为了体现商业中庭空间的巨大价值：(1)积累人气；(2)促进消费；(3)促进交易等。在此探讨设计商业中庭空间问题,以此回应现代社会人们的消费模式与消费心理的需求,促进商业建筑中庭空间设计的完善性和完美性。商业中庭以其丰富的内容与多变的形态等成为商业建筑的灵魂与核心。商业中庭是设计师营造商业氛围、构建商业空间环境的重要方式之一,也是市民购物、休闲、娱乐的共享区域。通过研究商业中庭空间的发展历史和现状,总结出具体的中庭空间绿色景观的设计方法,并希望针对一些普遍性的问题,提出以下改进的建议和对策,使景观与商业建筑购物空间充分结合,林勇中庭空间景观设计的各个元素营造令人心旷神怡的微气候和微环境,改善商场环境的空气质量,充分发挥商业中庭空间的巨大作用。对商业建筑中庭空间景观的绿色设计进行了研究分析,从建筑中庭的概念和演变历史着手,综述了前人的定义和概念,由中庭景观空间的形式和类型分析了中庭空间的功能、特点,并研究了中庭景观空间对商业的作用影响,以及商业环境微气候对中庭景观的影响,重点对中庭景观空间的绿色设计进行了具体分析,目的是研究商业中庭景观对商业建筑功能性空间的影响。我国现阶段的商业建筑中庭空间景观的设计是融合了建筑、室内和园林景观设计于一体的综合设计,当前对商业建筑中庭设计的理论和技术已趋于成熟,但在绿色设计的方法还有很大的研究空间,这是本文研究商业中庭景观的目的和重点。根据设计原则和方法,通过对具体实例：法兰克福商业银行大厦、上海生态建筑示范楼、上海月星环球商业中心和天津乐天百货的研究提出了许多值得今后商业建筑中庭设计的方法：在今后的设计中采用节能、环保材料,使用新能源,巧妙构思；根据具体的方位、建筑形态采用不同的结构设计,以适应当地的自然环境；将园林设计元素综合运用到中庭景观设计中,并将传统的设计手法和元素融入其中；注意挖掘当地的人文历史。总之就是设计有人参与的自然环境。本文的最后结合以上研究,归纳总结了商场中庭空间景观的绿色设计的方法和原则,以对今后的建筑中庭景观设计提出更好的借鉴。
[Abstract]:The ultimate purpose of the study of commercial atrium space is to reflect the huge value of commercial atrium space: 1) the accumulation of popularity and the promotion of consumption / transaction, etc. In this paper, we discuss the design of commercial atrium space. In order to respond to the needs of people's consumption patterns and consumer psychology in modern society, The commercial atrium becomes the soul and core of the commercial architecture with its rich content and changeable form. The commercial atrium is the designer to create the commercial atmosphere. One of the important ways to construct the commercial space environment is also the sharing area of shopping, leisure and entertainment. By studying the development history and present situation of commercial atrium space, the paper summarizes the design method of green landscape in atrium space. Aiming at some universal problems, I hope to put forward the following suggestions and countermeasures to make the landscape and commercial building shopping space fully combined, Lin Yong atrium space landscape design elements to create a pleasant microclimate and micro-environment, In order to improve the air quality of market environment and give full play to the great role of commercial atrium space, the green design of atrium space landscape of commercial building is studied and analyzed, which starts with the concept and evolution history of atrium. This paper summarizes the previous definitions and concepts, analyzes the function and characteristics of atrium space from the form and type of atrium landscape space, and studies the effect of atrium landscape space on commerce, and the influence of microclimate of commercial environment on atrium landscape. The green design of atrium landscape space is analyzed in detail in order to study the influence of commercial atrium landscape on the functional space of commercial buildings. At present, the theory and technology of atrium design of commercial buildings have matured, but the method of green design still has a lot of research space. This is the purpose and emphasis of this paper to study the commercial atrium landscape. According to the design principles and methods, through the specific examples: Frankfurt Commercial Bank Building, Shanghai Ecological Building demonstration Building, The study of Shanghai Yuexing Global Commercial Center and Tianjin Lotte Department Store has put forward many methods worthy of future commercial building atrium design: in the future design, energy saving, environmental protection materials, using new energy sources, ingenious conception; according to the specific location, The architectural form adopts different structural design to adapt to the local natural environment, the garden design elements are integrated into the atrium landscape design, and the traditional design techniques and elements are integrated into it. Attention should be paid to excavating the local human history. In short, it is the natural environment in which people participate in the design. At the end of this paper, combined with the above research, the methods and principles of green design of atrium space landscape in shopping malls are summarized and summarized.
