螺旋斜板沉淀技术在山地村镇的应用

【摘要】:农村地区饮水安全问题一直受到广泛关注,国务院要求在“十二五”期间,使全国农村集中式供水人口比例提高到80%左右。西部山地村镇地区具有地形复杂、居住分散、经济落后等一系列特点,研究一种适合山地村镇的供水技术是很有必要的。 新型螺旋斜板上向流沉淀技术和新型螺旋斜板下向流沉淀技术均是较为高效的沉淀技术,适合安装在一体化设备中。为了对比二者的沉淀效率,设计、加工了单通道的上向流和下向流螺旋斜板。用混合有嘉陵江泥沙的自来水作为试验用水,分别研究了上向流和下向流螺旋斜板通道在不同液面负荷下对浊度的去除效果。试验结果表明,液面负荷对上向流螺旋斜板的影响较大,下向流螺旋斜板的液面负荷可达到上向流螺旋斜板的3.75倍。 相对于新型螺旋斜板下向流一体化设备,新型螺旋斜板上向流一体化设备具有耗材少、加工方便、抗浊度负荷能力强的优点。为解决重庆市合川区甘家坝居民的供水问题,设计建造了新型上向流螺旋斜板一体化净水设备,同时研究了设备对嘉陵江原水的处理效果。 在调试试验中,一体化净水设备对正常浊度的原水和暴雨期间的高浊度原水均有良好的处理效果。连续运行期间,合川区疾控中心对出厂水进行检测,相关指标均满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》要求。 一体化净水设备在甘家坝的成功应用,为山地村镇供水提供了宝贵的经验。由于山地村镇各方面水平的落后,一体化设备的具体运行管理还存在诸多问题,有必要探究一套适宜于山地村镇供水系统的运行管理方法。
[Abstract]:The issue of drinking water security in rural areas has been receiving extensive attention. The State Council has requested that the proportion of rural water supply population in the whole country be increased to about 80% during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. The mountainous villages and towns in the west have complex topography and scattered residence. A series of characteristics such as economic backwardness, it is necessary to study a water supply technology suitable for mountain villages and towns. The new upward flow sedimentation technology of helical inclined plate and the downward flow sedimentation technology of new spiral inclined plate are more efficient sedimentation technology, which is suitable for installation in the integrated equipment. In order to compare the sedimentation efficiency between them, the design, Spiral inclined plates with single channel upward and downward flow were processed. Tap water mixed with silt from Jialing River was used as experimental water. The turbidity removal effects of upward flow and downward flow spiral inclined plate channels under different liquid level loads are studied respectively. The experimental results show that the liquid level load has a great effect on the upward flow spiral inclined plate. The liquid surface load of the downward flow helical inclined plate is 3.75 times of that of the upward flow helical inclined plate. Compared with the new type of downward flow integration equipment of helical inclined plate, the new type spiral inclined plate upward flow integrative equipment has the advantages of less consumable material, convenient processing and strong turbidity load resistance. In order to solve the water supply problem of Ganjiaba residents in Hechuan District of Chongqing City, A new type of integrated water purification equipment with upward flow helical inclined plate was designed and constructed, and the treatment effect of the equipment on the raw water of Jialing River was studied. In the commissioning test, the integrated water purification equipment has good treatment effect on the raw water of normal turbidity and the raw water with high turbidity during heavy rain. During the continuous operation, the CDC of Hechuan District detects the outgoing water. All the related indexes met the requirement of drinking water hygienic standard. The successful application of integrated water purification equipment in Ganjiaba has provided valuable experience for water supply in mountain villages and towns. Due to the backwardness of various levels in mountain villages and towns, there are still many problems in the concrete operation and management of the integrated water purification equipment. It is necessary to explore a set of operation and management methods suitable for mountain villages and towns water supply system.
