基于3R1H原则的绿色施工节材研究

【摘要】:我国建筑业消耗了大量的自然资源,这使得我国人均资源占有量匮乏更加突出,严重影响国民经济的健康发展,循环经济是指循环回收、重复利用资源的经济发展模式,在建筑业推行循环经济是必然趋势。然而施工阶段又在工程项目整个生命过程中消耗建筑材料最多的一个环节,,如在施工过程中按照循环经济3R1H原则即减量化、再利用、再循环及无害化处理推行施工节材无疑能带来巨大的经济、社会及环境效益。 文章分析现阶段在建筑行业下施工材料消耗状况,对施工节材的循环经济进行界定,并针对国内外循环经济在施工节材运用与研究进行总结与归纳,分析国内外循环经济在施工企业节材方面的应用与研究的不足。并对循环经济、绿色施工的相关理论进行概述,提出循环经济下的节材与传统线性经济下的节材的区别,显示出运用循环经济的优越性,并对循环经济下绿色施工节材理论进行界定与构想。在此基础上,结合绿色施工中节材要点,以施工过程的建筑材料为研究对象,从原材料的减量化、余料与剩料的再利用、可重生垃圾的再循环和废弃物的无害化处理出发,提出3R1H绿色施工节材模式的构建,并指出以采用新型材料、提高施工工艺、深化设计方案以及建筑垃圾回收利用途径实现绿色节材,介绍循环经济下绿色施工节约材料的管理,针对如何推进节材的循环经济所需要的实施支持进行说明。最后,引进华南某施工项目为案例进行实证分析,总结该项目推行施工节材模式情况,并对节材取得效果进行详细分析。
[Abstract]:The construction industry of our country has consumed a large amount of natural resources, which makes the scarcity of per capita resources more prominent and seriously affects the healthy development of the national economy. The circular economy refers to the economic development model of recycling and reuse of resources.It is an inevitable trend to carry out circular economy in the construction industry.However, the construction stage also consumes the most construction materials in the whole life process of the project, such as the reduction and reuse according to the 3R1H principle of circular economy in the construction process.Recycling and innocuous treatment will undoubtedly bring enormous economic, social and environmental benefits.This paper analyzes the consumption of construction materials in the construction industry at the present stage, defines the circular economy of construction saving materials, and summarizes and summarizes the application and research of recycling economy in construction at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the shortage of application and research of circular economy in construction enterprises.It also summarizes the related theories of circular economy and green construction, and puts forward the difference between the saving materials under the circular economy and the traditional linear economy, which shows the superiority of using the circular economy.And the green construction material saving theory under the circular economy is defined and conceived.On this basis, combined with the key points of saving materials in green construction, taking the construction materials of the construction process as the research object, starting from the reduction of raw materials, the reuse of surplus and surplus materials, the recycling of reborn waste and the harmless treatment of wastes,This paper puts forward the construction of 3R1H green construction material saving mode, and points out that green material saving can be realized by adopting new materials, improving construction technology, deepening design scheme and recycling of construction waste, and introducing the management of green construction saving material under circular economy.Explain how to promote the circular economy.Finally, a case study of a construction project in South China is carried out, and a detailed analysis of the construction material saving mode is made.
