基于自然通风的深圳临街高层点式住宅降噪手段研究

【摘要】:深圳地区夏季十分闷热,住宅开窗进行通风的需求非常大,但是由于临街住宅受交通噪声的影响十分严重,所以临街住宅大部分时段只能紧闭门窗来减小交通噪声干扰,导致室内空调使用量巨大,这种临街住宅存在的自然通风问题使深圳面临巨大的空调耗能压力。深圳的住宅耗能问题近年来显著提高,充分利用自然通风来代替空调使用,能够降低住宅建筑耗能、符合建设节约型城市的理念。合理的自然通风能为室内提供新鲜、清洁的自然空气,室内温度得到降低,住宅内的空气品质得到提升,室内热环境舒适度得到改善,非常有利人体的生理和心理健康。所以解决好自然通风情况下的临街住宅降噪措施,是本论文的研究课题。本文以深圳临街点式高层住宅的自然通风和降噪手段的结合为研究的核心内容,对深圳地区临街点式高层住宅进行实地调研,分析其分布情况、自身特点,实际存在的自然通风问题和交通噪声问题,总结归纳出临街点式高层住宅有代表性的形式,建立研究模型,对其进行CFD风模拟和噪声模拟,通过模拟结果分析得出最利于自然通风的设计手法和降噪手段,再根据两者的结合性分析,提出优化方案,并进行模拟验证,总结出符合深圳地区临街点式高层住宅自然通风和降噪特点的优化设计手段。本文首先介绍深圳的气候特征,根据调研情况总结临街点式高层住宅的特点,然后分别从自然通风和降噪两方面出发,探讨适合深圳高层临街住宅的设计方法,归纳整理出自然通风和降噪的结合性优化设计策略,最后提出深圳临街点式高层住宅的自然通风和降噪设计优化性设计手法,以期改善临街点式高层住宅的室内居住品质,符合绿色建筑的发展方向。
[Abstract]:The summer in Shenzhen is very sultry, and the demand for ventilation is very large. However, because the residential buildings near the street are seriously affected by traffic noise, they can only close the doors and windows to reduce the traffic noise for most of the time.The use of indoor air conditioning is huge, and the natural ventilation problem of the residential buildings near the street makes Shenzhen face a huge pressure of air conditioning energy consumption.In recent years, the problem of energy consumption of housing in Shenzhen has been raised significantly. The use of natural ventilation instead of air conditioning can reduce the energy consumption of residential buildings and conform to the idea of building a energy-saving city.Reasonable natural ventilation can provide fresh, clean natural air, lower indoor temperature, higher air quality and better indoor thermal environment, which is very beneficial to the physiological and mental health of human body.Therefore, it is the research topic of this paper to solve the noise reduction measures of street-facing residence under natural ventilation.This paper takes the combination of natural ventilation and noise reduction for the study of the natural ventilation and noise reduction means of the residential buildings near the street in Shenzhen, and carries out a field investigation and analysis of the distribution and characteristics of the residential buildings on the street in the Shenzhen area.The problems of natural ventilation and traffic noise existed in practice were summarized. The representative form of point-facing high-rise residence was summed up, and the research model was established, and the CFD wind simulation and noise simulation were carried out on it.Through the analysis of simulation results, the design methods and noise reduction methods are obtained, which are most favorable to natural ventilation. Then, according to the analysis of the combination of the two, the optimization scheme is put forward, and the simulation results are verified.The optimization design method of natural ventilation and noise reduction for the street-facing high-rise residential building in Shenzhen area is summarized.This paper first introduces the climatic characteristics of Shenzhen, summarizes the characteristics of the residential buildings on the street, and then discusses the design methods suitable for the high-rise residential buildings near the street in Shenzhen from the two aspects of natural ventilation and noise reduction, respectively.The combined optimal design strategies of natural ventilation and noise reduction are summarized and sorted out. At last, the optimal design methods of natural ventilation and noise reduction for the spot residential buildings near the street in Shenzhen are put forward, in order to improve the indoor living quality of the residential buildings on the street.In line with the direction of development of green buildings.
