基于紧凑城市理念步行原则的街区尺度与道路模式研究

【摘要】:随着经济的发展,我国正经历着前所未有的快速的城市化进程,这也导致了诸如城市盲目扩张、交通拥堵、环境恶化、资源浪费等诸多不可持续的现象。而在不断的扩张城市空间的同时忽视了“人性尺度”,盲目夸大城市空间及道路,并产生了一系列问题。本研究针对这些问题,从紧凑城市理念的步行适宜原则为理论基础,从街区尺度与道路模式两个方面探讨适宜步行的、可持续的城市特征,并通过对这两方面的定性、定量分析所得到的基本结论对北京一些中心区域进行步行适宜性评价,从而对提出对我国新城中心区建设在人性化街区尺度与道路模式方面的展望。本研究以紧凑城市理念步行适宜原则为理论基础,涉及了运用统计分析的方法对大量适宜步行的城市中心街区尺度进行总结分析;运用图论分析的方法对人性化的道路模式进行分析。并且通过对街区尺度与道路模式的研究对北京中心城市片段进行评价。研究的第一章为绪论部分,介绍了选题缘由,并简要讲述了研究相关概念、界定了研究范畴、阐述了研究的目的和意义。第二章主要阐述了紧凑城市理论及其主要的原则,介绍了理论背景。第三章为基于步行优先原则的街区尺度分析。第四章主要介绍了可持续的城市道路模式的相关分析。第五章为通过第三章与第四章的分析得出的基本结论对北京中心城区的多个城市片段进行的实证研究。第六章为结论与总结部分,并提出我国新城建设关于人性化的街区尺度与道路模式方面的展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, China is experiencing an unprecedented rapid urbanization process, which also leads to many unsustainable phenomena such as blind expansion of cities, traffic congestion, environmental degradation, waste of resources and so on.While expanding the city space, it ignores the "human nature scale", exaggerates the city space and the road blindly, and produces a series of problems.This study aims at these problems, based on the principle of walking suitability of compact city concept, discusses the sustainable urban characteristics of walking from two aspects of block scale and road model, and through the qualitative analysis of these two aspects,The basic conclusions obtained by quantitative analysis are used to evaluate the walking suitability of some central areas in Beijing, and the prospect of humanized street scale and road model for the construction of central district of New City in China is put forward.This study is based on the principle of walking suitability of compact city concept, involving the use of statistical analysis method to sum up and analyze the scale of a large number of urban central blocks suitable for walking.Using the method of graph theory analysis to analyze the road mode of humanization.And through the study of block scale and road model, the central city segment of Beijing is evaluated.The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the reason of choosing the topic, briefly describes the related concepts, defines the scope of the research, and expounds the purpose and significance of the research.The second chapter mainly expounds the compact city theory and its main principles, and introduces the theoretical background.The third chapter is the block scale analysis based on walking priority principle.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the sustainable urban road model related analysis.The fifth chapter is the empirical study of several urban segments in the central city of Beijing by the analysis of the third chapter and the fourth chapter.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and summary part, and puts forward the prospect of humanized street scale and road model in the construction of new city in our country.
