基于被动式策略的既有办公建筑绿色化改造设计研究

【摘要】:当前我国绿色建筑领域出现了技术和产品堆砌、与设计脱节等现象,这种现象在既有建筑改造层面愈加明显。针对这一问题,本文选取既有办公建筑为研究对象,提出在既有办公建筑绿色化改造过程中,有哪些策略是基于被动式设计、基于建筑本体,并应由建筑师倡导和推广的。本文试图将可指导实践的策略与具体案例接轨,阐述如何筛选策略、如何应用技术、如何与建筑形象整合设计,探索具体改造设计中,根据实际能耗的表现情况,选择多目标综合优化的策略,在改造中实现功能、经济、美观三者的统一。避免盲目使用绿色技术造成新的能源浪费,实现建筑形象的合理创新。本文研究对象是基于被动式策略的既有办公建筑绿色化改造设计,全文由三部分组成。第一部分包括论文的第一、二章,对既有办公建筑绿色化改造的现状、改造目标、影响因素、分类研究等进行初步论述,为后文提供理论支撑。第二部分包括论文的第三、四章,首先选取国内外七个优秀案例,深入分析如何应用策略;其次根据上文提出的理论和案例,研究总结出一套较为完整的改造策略体系,并提出基于被动式策略的既有办公建筑绿色化改造设计流程和方法。第三部分包括论文的第五、六章,在前文研究的基础上,详细论述在具体改造项目中,如何运用这套策略和设计方法指导实践。本研究通过对国内外绿色化改造策略进行归类、统计、排序,结合优秀案例分析,得出一套绿色化改造策略体系和绿色化改造设计流程与方法,并将此策略体系与方法应用于天津大学第十五教学楼改造,结合定量分析的手段,运用Design Builder、Ecotect、Phoenics等软件进行建筑能耗及物理环境量化模拟,从而得到较为理想的改造设计方案。希冀能为今后的绿色化改造实践提供较为系统的理论依据和实践参考。
[Abstract]:At present, technology and products are stacked in the field of green building in our country, which is out of step with the design, and this phenomenon is becoming more and more obvious in the reconstruction of existing buildings. Aiming at this problem, this paper selects the existing office building as the research object, and puts forward which strategies are based on passive design, building ontology, and should be advocated and popularized by the architect in the process of green transformation of the existing office building. This paper attempts to link the strategies that can guide practice with specific cases, expounding how to screen strategy, how to apply technology, how to integrate design with architectural image, and how to explore the performance of actual energy consumption in the design of concrete transformation. The strategy of multi-objective comprehensive optimization is chosen to realize the unity of function, economy and beauty in the transformation. Avoid blind use of green technology to create new energy waste and realize reasonable innovation of building image. The research object of this paper is the green transformation design of existing office building based on passive strategy, which is composed of three parts. The first part includes the first and second chapters of the paper, the existing office building green transformation of the status quo, transformation objectives, influencing factors, classification research and so on, to provide theoretical support for the following. The second part includes the third and fourth chapters of the thesis. Firstly, it selects seven excellent cases at home and abroad to analyze how to apply the strategy deeply. Secondly, according to the theory and case, the author studies and sums up a set of relatively complete transformation strategy system. The design process and method of green transformation of existing office buildings based on passive strategy are presented. The third part includes the fifth and sixth chapters of the thesis. On the basis of the previous research, it discusses in detail how to use this set of strategy and design method to guide the practice in the concrete transformation project. Through classifying, statistics, ranking, combining with excellent case analysis, this study obtains a set of green transformation strategy system and design process and method of green transformation. The strategy system and method are applied to the transformation of the 15th teaching building of Tianjin University. Combining with the means of quantitative analysis, the energy consumption and physical environment of the building are simulated by Design Builder EcotectPhoenix and other softwares, and an ideal design scheme is obtained. It is hoped that it will provide a systematic theoretical basis and practical reference for the green transformation practice in the future.
