基于功能改变的写字楼加固方案研究

【摘要】:目前,我国建筑工程开始进入新建与旧房改造加固齐头并进的阶段。国内有大量的建筑物因不可抗拒的自然灾害,而受到不同程度的损伤,以及建筑物本身不可抗拒的老化,从而使建筑物的承载力、可靠度及使用要求受到一定程度的影响;随着人们生活和生产水平的提高,原有建筑物的使用功能愈来愈难以满足人们对建筑功能的要求,从而不得不再一次思考拓展建筑物的使用功能,并对其进行改造,以满足时代变化的要求。采用科学有效的加固方法或者改造方案,使其满足人们对新功能的要求或满足正常使用的要求,并对改造加固的结构进行有效的评价。根据本工程改造加固的特点,结合加固规范,介绍了增大截面加固法、体外预应力加固法及粘贴碳纤维加固法的计算理论、设计规定及其优缺点;还详细的介绍了植筋技术的计算理论和构造规定。简单的介绍了粘贴钢板加固法、增设支点加固法、置换混凝土加固法及外粘型钢加固法的优缺点、使用方法、使用条件和可加固构件的形式。对以上加固方法以表格的形式,分析出各种加固方法和构件加固目的的综合适应性进行比较,分析出构件在不同情况下的最优加固方法,为本写字楼选择合理的改造加固方案打下良好的基础。根据写字楼本身的结构特点及结构功能改变的特点,研究分析出了单层钢筋混凝土桁架梁的方案,并对不同的桁架模型进行受力对比分析,最终确定桁架中构件布置及其截面尺寸。在实际竖向荷载作用下,对桁架梁进行受力分析,找出需要加固的构件或位置并选择合理的加固方法对其加固,对新增钢筋混凝土构件的配筋计算。写字楼的改造加固研究分析过程中,采用整体分析方法,同时阐明了此方法的应用程序,并得出如下结论:采用整体分析方法,可以有效解决从局部或构件层面上处理加固改造问题的不足和各种缺陷,对加固改造工程的研究具有重要的指导作用。
[Abstract]:At present, the construction project of our country begins to enter the phase of new construction and retrofit and strengthening of old houses. In China, a large number of buildings are damaged by irresistible natural disasters, and the aging of buildings is irresistible, so that the carrying capacity, reliability and requirements of use of buildings are affected to a certain extent. With the improvement of people's living and production level, it is more and more difficult to meet the requirement of building function by using the function of the original building, so we have to think about expanding the use function of the building again and transform it. To meet the changing demands of the times. A scientific and effective reinforcement method or a retrofit scheme is adopted to make it meet the requirements of people for new functions or for normal use, and an effective evaluation of the reconstructed and strengthened structures is carried out. According to the characteristics of the reconstruction and reinforcement of this project and combined with the strengthening code, the paper introduces the calculation theory, design rules, advantages and disadvantages of the reinforcement method of increasing cross section, external prestressing force and bonded carbon fiber. It also introduces the calculation theory and construction regulation of the reinforcement technology in detail. This paper introduces simply the advantages and disadvantages, the usage methods, the conditions and the forms of the members that can be strengthened by sticking the steel plate, adding the fulcrum reinforcement method, the replacement concrete reinforcement method and the external adhesive steel reinforcement method. In the form of tables, the comprehensive adaptability of various reinforcement methods and the purpose of strengthening members are compared, and the optimum reinforcement methods of members under different conditions are analyzed. It lays a good foundation for the office building to select a reasonable retrofit and reinforcement scheme. According to the structural characteristics of office building and the characteristics of structural function change, the scheme of single-story reinforced concrete truss beam is studied and analyzed, and the stress of different truss models is compared and analyzed. Finally determine the layout of the truss members and the size of the section. Under the actual vertical load, the stress of the truss beam is analyzed, the member or position that needs to be strengthened is found out, and the reasonable reinforcement method is selected to reinforce it, and the reinforcement calculation of the new reinforced concrete member is made. In the process of research and analysis on the reconstruction and reinforcement of office buildings, the whole analysis method is adopted, and the application program of this method is expounded, and the following conclusions are drawn: the whole analysis method is adopted, It can effectively solve the deficiency and various defects in dealing with the problem of reinforcement and transformation from the local or component level. It plays an important guiding role in the research of reinforcement and reconstruction engineering.
