现代休闲农业园规划设计研究

【摘要】：随着生活水平的日渐提高与生活节奏的不断加快，人们希望有一种更为悠闲、高品质的，不只是为生计而奔波的生活方式。而在旅游花费上的支出比例也逐年增加。休闲农业正是这样的一种交叉旅游产品，休闲农业是为满足人们对精神和物质需求而开展的、可吸引游客前来食、住、行、游、购、娱的农业，是多个产业之间交叉性的新兴产业。虽然近些年休闲农业园区的规划设计不乏成功之作，但由于休闲农业园的多学科交叉性、地理环境的特殊性以及维护和管理的复杂性，所以在实际项目的规划中仍然出现诸多问题，因此如何在具体的实践中去完善和改进休闲农业的规划，还需要进一步的深入研究。本文将近些年中国农业发展与转型为大背景，以现代休闲农业园规划设计为研究对象，在对前人有关休闲农业研究与分析的基础上结合项目实例研究，可将研究成果归纳为以下几点。一、现代休闲农业园区要选址在交通便捷和具备优越区位条件的地方。二、充分了解园区的特点，通过科学的功能区布局合理利用每一寸土地资源。三、现代休闲农业园规划设计要与项目产业规划相协调。四、优越的生态环境是休闲农业园保持旺盛生命力的重要保障。五、运用研究所得规划设计理论指导实际项目建设，并在设计过程中运用数字化技术可增强休闲农业园区规划设计的科学性、合理性和准确性。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture is a cross - tourism product which can attract tourists to eat , live , walk , swim , buy and entertainment .

Based on the research and analysis of modern leisure agriculture park , the research results can be summarized as follows .

I . The modern leisure agricultural park shall be located in the place where the traffic is convenient and the conditions of superior location are available .

Second , fully understand the characteristics of the park and reasonably utilize each inch of land resources through the scientific functional area layout .

Thirdly , the planning and design of modern leisure agriculture park should be coordinated with the project industry planning .

Fourthly , the excellent ecological environment is the important guarantee for the leisure agricultural park to maintain vigorous vitality .

Fifth , apply the research institute ' s planning and design theory to guide the actual project construction , and use the digital technology in the design process to enhance the scientific , rationality and accuracy of the planning and design of the leisure agricultural park .
