【摘要】：澳门新濠天地项目由于处在澳门l9仔大型商业区,其中有正在运营的多家五星级酒店以及各类品牌零售店。施工过程需要将对现有的建筑以及商业的影响降至最低,这就给施工方案的选择以及质量的控制带来了极大的难度。结合工程的实际情况,通过合理的施工安排以及对桩基以及拆除等关键施工工艺的严格控制,保证了整个工程的顺利进行,并且有效地保证了工程的进度和质量。
[Abstract]:The Macau Melco World Project is located in a large business district of Macau's 19s, including a number of operating five-star hotels and various brand retail stores. The construction process needs to minimize the impact on existing buildings and businesses, which brings great difficulties to the selection of construction schemes and quality control. According to the actual situation of the project, through reasonable construction arrangement and strict control of the key construction technology, such as pile foundation and demolition, the whole project is guaranteed smoothly, and the progress and quality of the project are effectively guaranteed.
