休闲农业园景观规划与体验模式研究

【摘要】：随着我国改革开放的脚步不断推进，人们注重对生活质量的提高，压抑的城市生活使人们憧憬自然的优美享受，人们渴望回归自然，而休闲农业既有观光娱乐的特点，也同时具备体验自然风光的条件。与此同时，我国快速发展的经济也要求对农业产业结构进行调整，休闲农业的内容与本质决定其是农业产业结构调整的重要手段之一。怎样才能把我国复杂多类的农业资源和旅游产业有效结合发展，是农业产业发展、现代乡村景观发展和旅游业发展的共同课题。目前，国内相关的理论尚缺乏系统性、整体性，尤其是休闲农业体验模式在休闲农业园规划设计中的运用依旧值得研究。本文创新点在于：第一，本文立足于我国休闲农业发展的实际情况，采用纵向及横向的方法进行研究；第二，立足于当今体验经济时代的发展形势，以研究休闲农业园的规划设计作为切入点，重视体验在休闲农业园规划设计中的重要作用，突出交叉学科理论的观念在园区建设中的指导作用，并结合笔者参与的实践项目，探索适合中国国情的休闲农业园规划设计方法论。本文主要包括四个方面的内容：首先对休闲农业园的历史沿革进行系统梳理，阐述国内外发展研究概况，并在前人研究的基础上，对休闲农业园的概念、功能与特性进行分析，，以求系统和清晰地说明休闲农业的相关问题。其后，分别探索休闲农业园的景观规划和体验模式规划的相关理论，并总结各自的规划原则与方法。这一部分是论文的重点部分，其中休闲农业景观类型包括为田园景观，水体景观、山林景观、构筑物景观、高新农业景观和民俗文化景观，体验模式主要包括学习型体验、情感型体验、收获型体验、个性型体验。继而，分析浙江省休闲农业园经典案例，对其进行评价和总结经验，并通过简要介绍和分析笔者参与的主要休闲农业园规划设计实践，进一步探索规划设计理论在不同具体实际情况中的实际运用。最后，对各项工作进行总结，力求为我国现代休闲农业园的发展提出切实可行的意见。
[Abstract]:With the development of reform and opening up in our country, people pay attention to the improvement of life quality. The repressed city life makes people yearn for the beautiful enjoyment of nature, people yearn to return to nature, and leisure agriculture has the characteristics of sightseeing and entertainment. Also has the experience natural scenery condition at the same time. At the same time, the rapid economic development of our country also requires the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure. The content and essence of leisure agriculture determines that it is one of the important means of agricultural industrial structure adjustment. How to develop the complex and multi-type agricultural resources and tourism industry effectively is the common task of agricultural industry development, modern rural landscape development and tourism development. At present, the domestic related theories are still lack of systematicness and integrity, especially the application of leisure agriculture experience mode in the planning and design of leisure agriculture park is still worth studying. The innovation of this paper lies in: first, this article bases on the actual situation of the development of leisure agriculture in our country, adopts the longitudinal and horizontal method to carry on the research; second, based on the development situation of the current experience economy era, Taking the planning and design of leisure agricultural park as the starting point, paying attention to the important role of experience in the planning and design of leisure agricultural park, highlighting the guiding role of the concept of cross-disciplinary theory in the construction of the park, and combining with the practical projects in which the author participated. To explore the planning and design methodology of leisure agriculture park suitable for China's national conditions. This paper mainly includes four aspects: firstly, it systematically combs the history of leisure agriculture park, expounds the development and research situation at home and abroad, and analyzes the concept, function and characteristics of leisure agriculture park on the basis of previous research. In order to systematic and clear explanation of leisure agriculture related problems. Then, the theories of landscape planning and experience mode planning of leisure agriculture garden are explored, and their planning principles and methods are summarized. This part is the key part of the thesis, among which the leisure agriculture landscape includes pastoral landscape, water landscape, mountain forest landscape, structure landscape, high-tech agricultural landscape and folk culture landscape, and the experience mode mainly includes learning experience. Emotional experience, harvest experience, personality experience. Then, this paper analyzes the classic case of Zhejiang leisure agriculture park, evaluates and summarizes its experience, and briefly introduces and analyzes the planning and design practice of the main leisure agricultural park in which the author is involved. Further explore the practical application of planning and design theory in different practical situations. Finally, this paper summarizes the work, and tries to put forward practical suggestions for the development of modern leisure agriculture park in our country.
