混凝土搅拌站模拟器研制与开发

【摘要】:随着工业生产对混凝土的需求,混凝土搅拌站作为混凝土生产的主要操作平台取得了突飞猛进的发展。但是,在混凝土搅拌站操作培训方面,国内尚无相应的模拟训练器材,制约了混凝土搅拌站的人员培训。因此,本课题组研制了混凝土搅拌站模拟器,用于各种培训机构的混凝土搅拌站操作人员培训。该混凝土搅拌站模拟器以应用较多的HZS系列混凝土搅拌站为模型进行研制,在外部结构方面,与实装一致,结构尺寸按照5:1比例进行缩小,便于室内摆放;在操作使用方面,该混凝土搅拌站模拟器能够模拟实装所有操作功能,具备手动与自动两种生产模式,其操作步骤、动作要领和数据显示与实装完全一致。该模拟器已经通过培训单位的试用,取得了良好的培训效果。该混凝土搅拌站模拟器主要由配料系统、计量搅拌系统和控制台系统组成。配料系统由皮带输送机、沙石储料斗、气缸、称重传感器及配料控制系统等组成,主要完成沙、石子等骨料的配料、称量以及输送。计量搅拌系统由搅拌机、水泥仓、螺旋输送机、水称、水泥称、水泵等组成,主要完成水泥、水以及添加剂的计量、输送以及混凝土的搅拌。控制台系统由LCD显示器、面板按键、面板指示灯等部分组成,主要完成在手动模式或自动模式下,对混凝土生产的操作控制,是该模拟器的控制核心。在混凝土搅拌站模拟器设计中,配料环节是整个设计方案的技术重点和难点,它的精度和稳定性直接影响着混凝土产品的质量。本文主要研究传统配料系统中的精度低、稳定性差的问题,分析配料过程中影响配料精度的因素,比较各种提高配料精度的控制方法,设计出一套适合该模拟器的配料控制系统。
[Abstract]:With the demand for concrete in industrial production, concrete mixing station as the main operating platform of concrete production has made rapid development. However, in the operation training of concrete mixing station, there is no corresponding simulation training equipment in our country, which restricts the personnel training of concrete mixing station. Therefore, the simulator of concrete mixing station is developed, which is used to train the operator of concrete mixing station in various training institutions. The simulator of the concrete mixing station is developed by using more HZS series concrete mixing station as the model. The external structure is consistent with the actual installation, and the structure size is reduced according to 5:1 ratio, which is convenient for indoor placement. The simulator of the concrete mixing station can simulate all the operation functions of the actual installation, and has two production modes, manual and automatic. The operation steps, the main points of action and the data display of the simulator are completely consistent with the actual installation. The simulator has been tested by the training unit and achieved good training effect. The simulator of the concrete mixing station is mainly composed of batching system, metering mixing system and console system. The batching system is composed of belt conveyor, sand and stone hopper, cylinder, weighing sensor and batching control system. It mainly completes the burden, weighing and conveying of sand, stone and other aggregates. The metering and mixing system consists of a mixer, a cement bin, a screw conveyor, a water weighing machine, a cement weighing machine, a water pump, etc. The metering, conveying and mixing of cement, water and additives are mainly completed. The console system is composed of LCD display, panel key, panel indicator and so on. The control of concrete production in manual mode or automatic mode is the control core of the simulator. In the design of the simulator of concrete mixing station, the batching link is the key and difficult point of the whole design scheme, and its precision and stability directly affect the quality of concrete products. This paper mainly studies the problems of low precision and poor stability in the traditional batching system, analyzes the factors that affect the batching precision in the batching process, and compares various control methods to improve the batching accuracy. A batching control system suitable for the simulator is designed.
