旧住宅区公共空间的适老性更新设计研究

【摘要】:随着我国城市的飞速发展,旧城的改造与更新在城市建设中扮演着越来越重要的角色。本论文以上世纪80年代至本世纪之初建设的,至今仍投入使用的旧住宅区为研究对象,对住宅区的人群分布、社会网络关系、物质条件等进行逐一分析,分析旧住宅区的现状问题,针对其存在的问题对其进行相应的更新改造设计。 首先,对于研究对象主体进行分析,通过调研、走访、观察发现旧住宅区公共空间的主要使用人群为老年人且住区具备积极的社会因素;其次,,对研究对象客体进行调研、观察,分析公共空间的物质环境现状问题;最后,通过对影响公共空间的各项因素的总结,提出旧住宅区公共空间在更新方面存在的问题。 由于目前我国老龄化趋向严重,养老问题越加突出。所以,本文针对社会老龄化现象对旧住宅区进行适老性更新设计,旨在探求一种多元化的、可持续发展的住区更新方法。 通过对相关适老建筑的分析,提取有利于适老性更新的空间特征及规划方式,总结出旧住宅区公共空间的适老性更新的必要性、可能性和原则,同时得出适老性更新设计的方法。以老年人为核心、小范围渐进式的更新模式,为城市更新及老年人口加剧现状探索一条可持续发展之路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of cities in China, the renovation and renewal of old cities play a more and more important role in urban construction. This paper studies the population distribution, social network relationship and material conditions of the old residential area, which was built from the 1980s to the beginning of this century and is still in use up to now, and analyzes the distribution of the population, the relationship of social network and the material condition of the residential area one by one. This paper analyzes the current situation of the old residential area, and carries on the corresponding renewal and transformation design in view of its existing problems. First of all, the main body of the research object analysis, through research, visits, observed and found that the main use of public space in old residential areas for the elderly and the community has positive social factors; secondly, the research object of the research object, Observing and analyzing the present situation of the material environment of public space, finally, through summarizing the factors that affect the public space, the paper puts forward the problems existing in the renewal of the public space in the old residential area. As the aging trend of our country is serious, the pension problem is more and more prominent. Therefore, this paper designs the old residential area for the aging of society, in order to explore a diversified, sustainable development of residential renewal method. Based on the analysis of the relevant aging buildings, the spatial features and planning methods that are beneficial to the aging renewal are extracted, and the necessity, possibility and principle of the aging renewal of the public space in the old residential areas are summarized. At the same time, the method of updating the design of aging is obtained. Taking the elderly as the core and the small scale progressive renewal mode, this paper explores a way of sustainable development for urban renewal and aggravation of the elderly population.
