新型保温隔热屋面暗埋式排汽系统施工技术

【摘要】：传统的透汽屋面因受透汽孔高度和坐落位置影响,屋面的装饰观感效果较差,妨碍屋面上活动,降低了上人屋面整体功能,且出屋面透汽孔防水施工复杂,易致屋面渗漏。通过结合工程实际,施工探索出屋面透汽系统施工新技术,该方法在不改变屋面透汽功能的条件下进行技术革新,屋面上不留透汽孔,采取透汽措施,充分利用屋面四周设有女儿墙或有突出屋面的楼梯间、设备房排气烟道等屋面构造。经实践效果检查,其屋面透汽系统实体质量、技术、经济效果均良好。
[Abstract]:The traditional steam permeable roof is affected by the height of the permeable hole and the location of the roof, so the decorative effect of the roof is poor, which hinders the movement of the roof, reduces the whole function of the upper roof, and the waterproof construction of the steam permeable hole of the roof is complex, which can easily cause the roof leakage. The new construction technology of roof steam permeation system is explored by combining with engineering practice. The new method is innovated without changing the steam permeation function of roof, and no steam permeation holes are left on the roof, and the steam permeation measures are adopted. Make full use of the roof around the parapet or has prominent roof stairwell, equipment room exhaust flue and other roof construction. The results show that the solid quality, technology and economic effect of the roof steam permeable system are good.
