高性能混凝土及其在闽南地区的综合应用

【摘要】:高性能混凝土(High Performance Concrete简称HPC)是在20世纪80年代末90年代初,部分发达国家提出的一种以结构耐久性为主要设计指标,全新概念的新型混凝土,它是在传统混凝土原有性能的基础上给以大幅提升,采用现代混凝土工艺制作的混凝土。高性能混凝土至今已经在很多高层建筑、桥梁工程、海港建筑、道路工程等重要工程中应用,发挥出其独特的优越性。 本文主要研究以下几个方面的内容:(1)高性能混凝土的诞生背景、研究现状、发展方向和应用现状;(2)高性能混凝土的配合比设计原则、设计方法与设计实例;(3)高性能混凝土施工中存在的问题分析、高性能混凝土施工质量控制的措施;(4)高性能混凝土在福建闽南地区的应用,主要以泉州澜湖郡1#、2#、3#楼为工程实例,通过配合比设计方案比选,证明高性能混凝土掺入粉煤灰和高效减水剂的重要性,通过在施工过程中该注意的施工技术要点,达到施工质量控制的效果。 通过调研、查阅大量资料及实证,结果表明:(1)高性能混凝土具有普通混凝土所无法比拟的优越性,,高性能混凝土具有更好的工作性、耐久性和稳定性,同时能够更多地利用工业废渣及其它废弃物;(2)可以在钢筋混凝土施工中采取各种特殊措施进行防腐处理,以提高结构的耐久性和使用寿命;(3)在配置上的特点是采用低水胶比,选用优质原材料,且必须加入足够数量的掺合料和高效外加剂。高性能混凝土具有良好的经济指标和环保意义,是今后混凝土技术的发展方向。通过本文研究,对高性能混凝土在实际工程的应用,特别是对于在福建闽南地区高性能混凝土的应用具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:High performance Performance Concrete (HPC) is a new type of concrete, which is proposed by some developed countries in the late 1980s and early 1990s, which takes structural durability as the main design index and a new concept. Based on the original performance of traditional concrete, it is made by modern concrete technology. High performance concrete (HPC) has been used in many high-rise buildings, bridges, seaports, road engineering and other important projects, giving play to its unique advantages. This paper mainly studies the following aspects: 1) the background of the birth of high performance concrete, the present research situation, the development direction and the application situation of high performance concrete (2) the design principle of mix ratio of high performance concrete. Design method and design example: analysis of the problems existing in the construction of high performance concrete, the measures for quality control of high performance concrete construction and the application of high performance concrete in the south of Fujian Province, mainly taking the #2 #2# Building of Quanzhou Lanhu County as an engineering example. The importance of mixing high performance concrete with fly ash and high efficiency water reducer is proved by comparing and selecting the design scheme of mix ratio. The effect of quality control is achieved through the key points of construction technology which should be paid attention to in the construction process. Through research, consulting a large number of data and empirical evidence, the results show that high performance concrete has more advantages than ordinary concrete, and high performance concrete has better workability, durability and stability. At the same time, it can make more use of industrial waste slag and other waste materials. It can take various special measures in reinforced concrete construction for anticorrosive treatment to improve the durability and service life of the structure. Select high-quality raw materials and must add enough admixtures and high-efficiency admixtures. High performance concrete has good economic index and environmental protection significance, which is the development direction of concrete technology in the future. Through the research in this paper, it has certain reference value for the application of high performance concrete in practical engineering, especially for the application of high performance concrete in the south of Fujian province.
