小窑湾国际商务区综合管廊工程设计分析

【摘要】:随着经济和社会的发展,我国综合管廊建设已经在各城市全面展开。结合大连小窑湾地下综合管廊的工程建设实例,分析其设计内容,提出合理建议,总结其设计理念。 小窑湾综合管廊是在结合国际市政设施综合管网技术,以及国内综合管网规划规范标准,借鉴旧城路网体系结构改造特征和城市地下空间综合利用原则等因素,在国际商务区内新建的基础设施项目。对于本项目,尊重城市规划,合理设计,全面考虑工程建设和运营管理所涉及的各种因素,有针对性提出各种解决问题的方法尤为重要。始终坚持以人为本的设计原则,根据经济社会发展状况和自然条件,经过技术、经济、安全、管理等因素综合研究是小窑湾国际商务区综合管廊设计所遵循的原则和思路。 本文结合小窑湾国际商务区综合管廊工程实例,进行设计内容研究。首先,对国内外综合管廊的发展理念进行应用分析,结合本项目实际情况,提出应遵循的设计原则;其次,对小窑湾综合管廊的总体设计进行研究,主要对断面形式和入廊管线进行比较分析;最后,对小窑湾综合管廊的分项工程进行分析,重点研究基坑开挖的施工方法和地质勘查对工程建设的影响,结合工程现场实施情况,有针对性的提出合理建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the construction of integrated pipe corridor has been carried out in every city. Based on the engineering example of Dalian Xiaowaowan underground comprehensive pipe gallery, the design contents are analyzed, reasonable suggestions are put forward, and the design concept is summarized. The integrated pipe gallery of Xiaowaowan is based on the international municipal facilities comprehensive pipe network technology, the domestic comprehensive pipe network planning standard, the reconstruction characteristics of the old city road network system and the comprehensive utilization principle of urban underground space, and so on. New infrastructure projects in the International Business District. For this project, it is very important to respect urban planning, reasonable design, take into account all kinds of factors involved in project construction and operation management, and put forward various methods to solve the problem. According to the condition of economic and social development and natural conditions, the comprehensive research of technology, economy, safety, management and other factors is the principle and train of thought for the design of integrated management corridor in Xiaowaowan International Business District. In this paper, the design content of Xiaoyaowan International Business District is studied. First of all, the development concept of integrated pipe gallery at home and abroad is analyzed, combined with the actual situation of the project, the design principles to be followed are put forward; secondly, the overall design of the integrated pipe gallery in Xiaoyao Bay is studied. Finally, the sub-project of Xiaowaowan integrated pipe corridor is analyzed, especially the construction method of foundation pit excavation and the influence of geological exploration on the construction of the project. Combined with the implementation of the project, reasonable suggestions are put forward.
