流变地层大型地铁换乘车站综合施工技术

【摘要】:上海轨道交通某地铁换乘车站处于十字路口交汇处,该车站开挖基坑深度大、车站结构复杂,所处地质属软土流变地层,并伴有流沙涌水的特征;同时,地下管线、地表建筑物要求保护等级高,在软土城市地铁工程中具有广泛的代表性。本论文以该地铁换乘站为工程依托,通过理论分析、数值计算以及现场测试等技术手段对流变地层中大型地铁换乘车站的综合施工技术展开研究。通过研究,取得以下研究成果:(1)研究了上海淤泥质富水粘土地层的流变特性,完成了在基坑施工过程中流变地层的应力应变分析。(2)提出并形成应用于地铁换乘车站施工的盖挖复合施工工法;对该工法的技术特点、工艺原理、施工技术流程、施工要点、劳动力配置及适用范围进行详细阐述,重点提出该工法为盖挖条件下的下层开挖与上层结构施作的平行作业技术,既保证了工程质量,又加快了施工进度,确保了工期。(3)研究采用了盖挖法环板撑技术,即以板代撑,加大施工空间的同时有效控制了流变地层的变形和周边沉降,保证了工程建设和环境安全。该工程项目已经竣工,且满足设计和规范要求,保证了工期。实践证明本论文形成的流变地层大型地铁换乘车站综合施工技术是可行的,成功实现了流变地层中大型换乘车站的快速施工;与传统的盖挖顺作法、盖挖逆作法相比,节约了工期,减少了管理人员、施工人员的投入,显著降低了施工成本,其经验可为今后类似工程的设计与施工提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:A subway transfer station of Shanghai Rail Transit is located at the intersection of the intersection. The deep excavation of the subway station is very deep, the structure of the station is complex, and the geology belongs to the rheological stratum of soft soil, accompanied by the characteristics of quicksand gushing water, and the underground pipeline, The surface buildings require high level of protection and are widely representative in the soft soil city subway engineering. In this paper, based on the subway transfer station, the comprehensive construction technology of the large subway transfer station in rheological strata is studied by means of theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and field test. The rheological characteristics of the muddy and water-rich clay strata in Shanghai have been studied through the following research results: The stress and strain analysis of rheological strata during foundation pit construction is completed. The composite construction method of cover and excavation applied to subway transfer station construction is put forward and formed, and the technical characteristics, technical principle, construction technical flow, construction key points of this construction method are discussed. The distribution of labor force and the scope of application are expounded in detail. The emphasis is put forward that this method is a parallel operation technique for the excavation of the lower layer under the condition of overburden excavation and the upper structure, which not only guarantees the quality of the project, but also speeds up the construction progress. In order to ensure the construction period, the research adopts the technology of cover and excavation ring plate brace, that is, using plate instead of brace, which increases the construction space and effectively controls the deformation of rheological stratum and the surrounding settlement, and ensures the engineering construction and environmental safety. The project has been completed and meets the design and specification requirements to ensure the duration of the project. It has been proved by practice that the comprehensive construction technology of large metro transfer station formed in this paper is feasible, and the rapid construction of large transfer station in rheological stratum has been successfully realized, which is compared with the traditional capping method and the reverse method. The time limit is saved, the input of managers and constructors is reduced, and the construction cost is significantly reduced. The experience can be used for reference for the design and construction of similar projects in the future.
