商住两用大型公共建筑中空调系统的对比研究

【摘要】:随着改革开放的深入,近年来我国国民经济快速发展,我国大型公共建筑广泛采用集中中央空调系统,然而中央空调系统已成为建筑的耗能大户,在整个建筑能耗中空调系统能耗就占到60~70%,当今中央空调设计师应对大型公共建筑中央空调系统的综合冷热源方案,风系统节能分析,水系统节能分析进行一定的研究,对于大型公共建筑的中央空调系统设计节能具有一个明确的思路与方法,从而得到在不同情况下对于空调设计方案的最佳选用,使得中央空调设计人员能够快速并且清晰的从众多方案中选择一个最优方案,达到省时并且节能的一个效果,这也是在设计师开始的方案设计阶段的主要任务,因此空调系统方案的选择和评价已经成为空调系统设计过程中的一个重要环节。 本文以西安市旭景商住公寓楼为例,针对商住这种具有代表性的公共建筑进行了研究论述,针对设计对象的具体条件,对空调冷热源方案选择的评价方法和思路以及风系统与水系统的选用节能方案进行了分析,并首先利用DeST-c软件对目标建筑全年动态空调负荷进行了计算分析,然后根据设计对象的地理位置、周围环境及空调负荷的特点,确定了七种商住两用公寓楼的典型的冷热源设计方案,,并且对商场空调风系统与水系统做了方案节能分析对比,确定合理的风系统与水系统方案。结合西安市目前的能源结构、环境状况及工程本身的特点计算并比较了各方案的(商场冬夏空调、公寓住宅冬季供热)的初投资、年经营费用、风系统节能率及水系统节能费用,污染排放量等多个技术经济指标,简单论述了商住两用公共建筑的应该采取的冷热源方案、风系统、水系统所采用的节能措施。从而得出结论:在本课题研究的工程中,公寓商场电制冷+市政热网(热水换热)评价最优;在污水丰富,距离污水厂较近的地区当符合一定的条件时可优先使用污水源水源热泵;在地下土壤符合一定条件的地区,可优先选用地源热泵;在电力缺乏、燃气燃油比较充足的情况下可选用常规冷水机组+直燃机,在灵活性要求较高时,可选用燃气直燃溴化锂冷、温水机组或燃气热水机组。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, China's national economy has developed rapidly in recent years. The central air-conditioning system is widely used in large public buildings in China. However, the central air conditioning system has become a major energy user of buildings. In the whole building energy consumption, the energy consumption of air conditioning system accounts for 6070. Nowadays, central air conditioning designers should do some research on the comprehensive cold and heat source scheme of central air conditioning system of large public buildings, energy saving analysis of air system and energy saving analysis of water system. There is a clear idea and method for the design energy saving of central air-conditioning system in large public buildings, so as to get the best choice of air conditioning design scheme under different circumstances. So that central air conditioning designers can quickly and clearly choose an optimal solution from a number of options, achieving a time-saving and energy-saving effect, which is also the main task in the design phase begun by the designer. Therefore, the selection and evaluation of air conditioning system has become an important step in the design process of air conditioning system. Taking Xujing commercial and residential apartment building in Xi'an as an example, this paper studies and discusses the representative public building of commercial and residential buildings, and aims at the specific conditions of the design object. This paper analyzes the evaluation method and train of thought of the scheme selection of air conditioning and heat source, and the energy saving scheme of air system and water system. At first, the dynamic air conditioning load of the target building is calculated and analyzed by using DeST-c software. Then according to the geographical location of the design object, the surrounding environment and the characteristics of the air conditioning load, the typical cold and heat source design schemes of seven commercial and residential apartment buildings are determined, and the energy saving schemes of the air conditioning system and the water system of the shopping mall are analyzed and compared. Determine a reasonable scheme for wind and water systems. Combined with the current energy structure, environmental conditions and the characteristics of the project in Xi'an City, the initial investment and annual operating cost of various schemes (air conditioning in shopping malls in winter and air conditioning in apartment buildings in winter) were calculated and compared. The energy saving rate of wind system, energy saving cost of water system, pollution discharge amount and other technical and economic indexes are briefly discussed. The energy saving measures adopted by cold and heat source scheme, wind system and water system for commercial and residential public buildings are briefly discussed. The conclusions are as follows: in the project studied in this paper, the evaluation of electric refrigeration municipal heating network (hot water heat transfer) in apartment mall is the best, and the sewage is abundant, Sewage source heat pumps may be given priority when they meet certain conditions in areas closer to the sewage treatment works; ground source heat pumps may be preferred in areas where underground soil meets certain conditions; and in the absence of electricity, The direct gas turbine of conventional chillers can be used under the condition of sufficient gas fuel. When the flexibility requirement is high, the direct combustion lithium bromide cooling, warm water unit or gas hot water unit can be selected.
