五星级酒店中庭景观设计研究

【摘要】：加入世贸组织后经济和科技发展的更加迅速,人们也从简单的物质最求上升到更强烈的精神和物质双需求的高度。经济的发展带来各种竞争,中国各地的酒店纷纷发展自己的特色,出外学习其他地方酒店企业的优点为己用。我国的酒店企业形成了一种良性的竞争趋势,各种酒店纷纷在提高自己的建筑设计风格、装修地方特色上、酒店内的绿化景观上、酒店的服务程度水平上来提高自己酒店的档次,提高自己酒店的竞争力。酒店中庭景观设计介乎于建筑设计、室内设计、园林景观设计三门学科的交叉科学,在建造设计中有很多技术、设计理论等方面受到很多束缚和影响,针对酒店中庭景观设计的研究,也更突出了对该问题进行研究的必要性、紧迫性和重要的意义。五星级酒店中庭的平面布置及交通组织分析,应注重视中庭的功能分析,明确交通组织的合理流畅,这是在做五星级酒店中庭景观设计时的首要基础。五星级酒店的中庭的空间大,采光充足,它与酒店大堂想通,中庭是酒店内部集交通、聚会、服务、景观、交往为一体的酒店共享空间。一个豪华的五星级酒店中庭设计重点是酒店中庭的景观设计,而景观设计的精髓在于景观的“生态、环保、绿化”的问题。酒店中庭作为酒店室内大型共享空间,给设计师提供了一个室内景观设计的场所,在这样的大型空间里设计自然景观,满足人们接近自然、享受自然的要求。五星级酒店的中庭可以体现该酒店的主题、地域特征、丰富其文化内涵,增加酒店的吸引力和特色,给消费者更强烈的印象。我们来到一个新的城市里都是通过城市内的的历史遗迹、景点和大型酒店来参观和感觉一个城市的内涵和文化。都说酒店是所在城市或者国家的文化载体,而其中的景观设计更是展现酒店的特色、主题和精神。五星级酒店中庭景观的设计目的是创造出一个室内的自然生态空间,减小室内、外的景观差距,使人们在酒店的室内空间里也能够享受大自然的风光,体现景观本身的诗情画意,从而得到身心洗涤感受回归大自然怀抱的美好。酒店中庭景观设计是科学与文化的结合；技术与艺术一起作用的设计工程,它结合了多种学科知识,酒店中庭设计是建筑与室内艺术创作的结合,它是建立在科学技术支持的平台上。是对声、光、热等建筑物理的分析设计,是风、水、电等建筑设备的设计应用,并结合装饰设计的要求,和对园林植物的养护管理,把这些所有的设计、分析和应用和室内设计的造型与选材统一整体设计。这一切是“以人为本”设计的前提和基础来保证设计的安全和健康。五星级酒店的中庭生态景观设计是为了营造以人为核心的绿色空间,合理的组织山石、水体、植物的群落、景观小品和建筑构件,使这些元素达到和谐自然的生态环境。在五星级酒店中庭设计的总体上形成一个天人合一的共享空间,使人们、动物、植物乃至自然元素和人工元素处在和谐的酒店中庭共享环境的生态系统。
