具有保温功能的混凝土密柱石膏外墙板低周往复试验研究及有限元分析

【摘要】:在住宅建设的全过程中,时时刻刻涉及到环保的问题。石膏是一种绿色材料,玻璃纤维石膏速成空心墙板最早由澳大利亚生产,在工厂生产出空心墙板,到现场在空心处浇注混凝土作为承重结构,我国曾对此种构件抗震性能进行了大量的试验研究,对其结构形式等进行了相应的理论分析,而这些研究均是在单板的前提下进行的。为了研究新开发的具有保温功能的混凝土密柱石膏外墙板抗震性能,本文对3块外墙板进行了低周反复荷载试验。分析比较了主体石膏板与具有围护功能的石膏单板的受力特性及围护功能石膏板的参与度;分析了构件的抗剪承载能力、变形能力、破坏特征、构件的延性、耗能能力等受力特性,表明该新型板材与一般钢筋混凝土试件的塑性变形能力相当,且围护功能的石膏单板与聚苯板一起有一定的耗能作用。通过试验及数据分析,得出具有保温功能的混凝土密柱石膏外墙板具有良好的抗震性能,为此板应用于实际工程提供了依据。最后,本文利用非线性有限元方法对结构进行力学分析,建立了切实有效的力学分析模型,通过建立适用于反复荷载作用下的具有保温功能的混凝土密柱石膏外墙板的本构关系,考虑材料非线性和刚度退化等因素的影响,对构件在低周反复荷载作用下受力性能进行了有限元分析,计算所得结果与试验结果吻合较好,满足工程精度要求,为今后对各种结构尺寸的具有保温功能的混凝土密柱石膏外墙板进行计算机模拟试验提供了参考依据。
[Abstract]:In the whole process of housing construction, environmental protection is always involved. Gypsum is a kind of green material. Glass fiber gypsum hollow wall board was first produced in Australia. Hollow wall board was produced in the factory, and concrete was poured into the hollow place as load-bearing structure. In China, a large number of experimental studies have been carried out on the seismic behavior of this kind of members, and corresponding theoretical analysis has been carried out on the structural forms of such members, all of which have been carried out under the premise of veneer. In order to study the aseismic performance of the newly developed concrete dense column gypsum outer wall slab with thermal insulation function, the low cycle cyclic loading tests were carried out on three external wall panels in this paper. The mechanical characteristics of the main gypsum board and the gypsum veneer with envelope function are analyzed and compared, and the participation degree of the gypsum board is analyzed, and the shear bearing capacity, deformation capacity, failure characteristics and ductility of the component are analyzed. The mechanical properties such as energy dissipation capacity show that the plastic deformation capacity of the new type of plate is equivalent to that of the normal reinforced concrete specimen, and that the gypsum veneer with envelope function has a certain energy dissipation effect with polystyrene board. Through the test and data analysis, it is concluded that the concrete dense column gypsum outer wall slab with insulation function has good seismic performance, which provides the basis for the application of the board in practical engineering. Finally, the nonlinear finite element method is used to analyze the mechanics of the structure, and a practical and effective mechanical analysis model is established. By establishing the constitutive relation of concrete dense column gypsum outer wall slab which is suitable for repeated load, considering the influence of material nonlinearity and stiffness degradation, etc. The finite element analysis of the mechanical behavior of the members under low cyclic loading is carried out. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results and meet the requirements of engineering precision. The results provide a reference for the computer simulation test of concrete dense column gypsum wall panels with various structural sizes.
