西安某高层住宅楼桩基础优化设计研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展,大量高层建筑拔地而起,这就对地基基础设计提出了更高要求。由于桩基础具有整体性好和刚度大的特点,能承受较大的竖向荷载和水平荷载,能适应高、大、重的建筑物对地基基础的要求,因此桩基础广泛应用于高层建筑基础工程中。本文针对西安市某高层住宅楼场地的工程地质条件,分析比较了两种桩基础方案:预应力混凝土管桩和钻孔灌注桩。首先,在桩基选型方面通过对这两种桩基础方案的优缺点进行对比分析,主要从桩基础的承载力特性、工程进度、工程质量和对周边环境影响等方面综合比较后,建议采用预应力混凝土管桩作为该高层住宅楼的桩基础。桩基础的优化分析对能否充分发挥桩基承载力、桩基是否安全可靠和能否降低施工成本尤为重要。本文利用FLAC3D数值分析软件,建立了该高层建筑的桩土相互作用三维模型,对所选的预应力混凝土管桩基础进行优化分析。研究了竖向荷载作用下桩基的承载机理,得出了:①桩顶荷载和沉降的变化关系曲线(Q-S);②桩身轴力随深度分布曲线(N-H)。通过对不同桩径、不同桩长基桩承载特性的模拟分析,得出了最优桩长、桩径,继而实现了节约投资,工程安全可靠的目的。最后,通过现场静载试验验证了所选桩型的承载力满足设计要求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in our country, a large number of high-rise buildings have emerged from the ground, which puts forward higher requirements for foundation design. Because the pile foundation has the characteristics of good integrity and high stiffness, it can withstand large vertical load and horizontal load, and can meet the requirements of high, large and heavy buildings on the foundation, so the pile foundation is widely used in the foundation engineering of high-rise buildings. In view of the engineering geological conditions of a high-rise residential building in Xi'an, this paper analyzes and compares two kinds of pile foundation schemes: prestressed concrete pipe pile and bored cast-in-place pile. First of all, through the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of pile foundation schemes in the selection of pile foundation, mainly from the pile foundation bearing capacity characteristics, project schedule, project quality and impact on the surrounding environment, etc. It is suggested that the prestressed concrete pipe pile be used as the pile foundation of the high-rise residential building. The optimization analysis of pile foundation is particularly important for whether the bearing capacity of pile foundation can be brought into full play, whether the pile foundation is safe and reliable and whether the construction cost can be reduced. In this paper, a three-dimensional model of pile-soil interaction in this high-rise building is established by using FLAC3D software, and the selected prestressed concrete pipe pile foundation is optimized and analyzed. The bearing mechanism of pile foundation under vertical load is studied, and the curve of the relationship between the top load and settlement of pile No. 1 is obtained. By simulating and analyzing the bearing characteristics of pile with different pile diameters and different pile lengths, the optimum pile length and pile diameter are obtained, and the purpose of saving investment and engineering safety and reliability is realized. Finally, the bearing capacity of the selected pile type is verified by static load test.
