物联网技术在智能建筑中的应用研究

【摘要】:智能建筑经过二十余年的发展迫切需要新的技术来推动,物联网的发展顺应了智能建筑智能物件和子系统大集成乃至管控全链条的需求,智能建筑的应用拓展到了网络世界。另外,通过智能建筑和物联网的链接,推动其进一步向纵深发展;物联网与智能建筑结合将不断推进智慧城市建设。快速发展的物联网技术,能实现人物、物物的智能识别、监控、管理,满足人类对建筑智能化、高层次需求,使智能建筑发展迎来一个更加美好的前景。纵观智能建筑领域,物联网与智能建筑的结合运用方面的研究很少,本文通过对物联网尖端技术的探讨,提出了对解决建筑智能化技术接口和使用平台的方法,利用智能建筑的建筑系统和集成系统两大系统,深入研究如何将基于智能建筑的数据平台接入到物联网平台中,为智能建筑的发展提供技术帮助。首先,在分析物联网技术特点和智能建筑发展趋势基础上,明确了物联网技术应用于智能建筑的必要性和重要意义。其次,为构建智能建筑架构体系,探讨了物联网感知、通信组网和应用服务技术。再次,深入分析了物联网的技术架构,提出方案解决数据接入物联网平台的技术问题,为建筑智能化系统数据接入奠定基础。最后,借助智能建筑集成系统SynchroIBMS,以某新开发小区为研究对象,实现了智能化集成管理系统的开发,平台包括三大功能,十二个子系统。本论文将物联网技术应用于智能建筑领域,提出了将智能建筑相互之间独立运作的建筑系统和集成系统接入物联网服务平台的技术方法。论文的研究成果在促进智能建筑融入“智慧城市”,提升智能建筑功能,推进智慧城市能源管理、节能环保、安全管理、环境监测等方面发展具有一定的理论和应用价值。
[Abstract]:After more than 20 years' development, intelligent building urgently needs new technology to promote it. The development of the Internet of things conforms to the needs of intelligent building intelligent objects and subsystems integration and even the whole chain of management and control. The application of intelligent building has been extended to the network world. In addition, through the link between intelligent building and Internet of things, the further development of intelligent building will be promoted, and the combination of Internet of things and intelligent building will continue to promote the construction of intelligent city. The rapid development of the Internet of things technology can realize the intelligent identification, monitoring and management of people and objects, and meet the needs of human beings for building intelligence and high-level, so that the development of intelligent buildings ushered in a better prospect. In the field of intelligent building, there are few researches on the combination of Internet of things and intelligent building. Through the discussion of the advanced technology of the Internet of things, this paper puts forward the method of solving the interface and using platform of intelligent building technology. Using the building system and the integrated system of the intelligent building, this paper studies how to connect the data platform based on the intelligent building into the Internet of things platform in order to provide technical help for the development of the intelligent building. Firstly, based on the analysis of the characteristics of Internet of things technology and the development trend of intelligent building, the necessity and significance of the application of Internet of things technology in intelligent building are clarified. Secondly, in order to construct the architecture of intelligent building, this paper discusses the Internet of things perception, communication networking and application service technology. Thirdly, the technical framework of the Internet of things is analyzed in depth, and a scheme to solve the technical problems of data access platform is put forward, which lays the foundation for the data access of intelligent building system. Finally, with the help of the intelligent building integration system SynchroIBM MS, taking a new development district as the research object, the development of the intelligent integrated management system is realized. The platform consists of three functions and twelve subsystems. In this paper, the technology of Internet of things is applied to the field of intelligent building, and the technical method of connecting the building system and the integrated system which operate independently between the intelligent building to the service platform of the Internet of things is put forward. The research results of this paper have certain theoretical and applied value in promoting intelligent building to merge into "intelligent city", promoting intelligent building function, promoting intelligent city energy management, energy saving and environmental protection, safety management, environmental monitoring and so on.
