旧城主街更新设计策略——文化回归背景下的街道再生路径

【摘要】：快速城镇化进程背景下,城市土地资源日益紧张,城市发展逐渐从增量扩展进入存量优化阶段,同时当下某种程度的文化回归使得旧城成为参与区域或全球竞争的战略基地,注重文化消费与文化体验成为旧城再生的方向。旧城主街通常是城区最具文化底蕴的地段,也是旧城再生的核心着力点,面对新的机遇与挑战,研究从人的需求与体验角度,借助理论研究,并以广州市北京路为研究对象,对旧城主街的再生路径进行了初步探索,提出了八大核心设计策略。
[Abstract]:Under the background of rapid urbanization, urban land resources become increasingly tense, urban development gradually from incremental expansion to the stock optimization stage, at the same time, to some extent, cultural regression makes the old city become a strategic base to participate in regional or global competition. Focus on cultural consumption and cultural experience has become the direction of regeneration of the old city. The main street of the old city is usually the most cultural part of the city, and it is also the core point of the regeneration of the old city. In the face of new opportunities and challenges, this paper studies from the perspective of human needs and experiences, with the aid of theory, and takes the Beijing Road of Guangzhou as the research object. This paper probes into the regeneration path of the old city main street and puts forward eight core design strategies.
