商业广场智能化系统的研究

【摘要】:针对整个楼宇建筑群管理的智能化、网络化和便捷化需求来开发先进的管理系统,是城市发展的热点之一。本文作者有丰富的工作经验,根据实际需求提出开发基于OPC和RFID的商业广场智能化IBMS系统(Intelligent Building Management System)。采用诸多先进的技术,详细设计了智能一卡通、智能停车场管理、建筑设备自动化监控等子系统。通过TCP/IP、OPC、ODBC、非接触式IC卡和应用网关等技术,实现模块化配置方式,将日益增多的外围业务子系统整合到IBMS系统中,形成综合的集成系统。实现了大数据量、并发数据、资源共享、相关子系统联动、应急调度和远程监控等功能。通过主要子系统的设计实现和互连集成,构架了以管理层的CNS、IBMS、BMS、Web和INS等服务器;及现场层的BAS、FAS、网络、OA和智能停车场等工作站,还有智能一卡通中心和安防中心,并以高速以太网和TCP/IP协议等互连来实现商业广场IBMS系统,实现了管理中心对各子系统的数据采集分析、反馈和信息的发布。实现了对整个楼宇建筑群的智能化、网络化和便捷化管理。该系统工作稳定,已推广应用,既通过IBMS系统实现一体化管理,又满足了商业广场以顾客需求为导向的服务理念,得到用户广泛好评。
[Abstract]:It is one of the hotspots of urban development to develop advanced management system for the intelligent, networked and convenient management of the whole building group. The author of this paper has rich working experience. According to the actual demand, the author puts forward the development of intelligent IBMS system of Commercial Square based on OPC and RFID. By using many advanced technologies, the subsystems such as intelligent card, intelligent parking lot management, automatic monitoring of construction equipment and so on are designed in detail. Through the technologies of TCP / IP OPC ODBC, contactless IC card and application gateway, the modular configuration mode is realized, and the increasing number of peripheral business subsystems are integrated into the IBMS system to form a comprehensive integrated system. The functions of large amount of data, concurrent data, resource sharing, related subsystem linkage, emergency dispatch and remote monitoring are realized. Through the design and integration of the main subsystems, we have constructed the servers such as INS and INS, and the workstations such as Basi Fass, network OA and intelligent parking lot, as well as smart card center and security center. The commercial square IBMS system is implemented by the interconnection of high speed Ethernet and TCP/IP protocol, and the data collection, analysis, feedback and information release of each subsystem are realized by the management center. The intelligent, networked and convenient management of the whole building group is realized. The system works stably and has been popularized and applied. It not only realizes the integrated management through IBMS system, but also satisfies the service idea of the commercial square based on the customer's demand, and has been widely praised by the users.
