双层呼吸式玻璃幕墙的建筑环境特性研究

【摘要】:双层玻璃幕墙由于双层玻璃之间的空气具有一定的流通性,所以也称双层呼吸式玻璃幕墙,由内外两层玻璃幕墙组成,在业内被称为双层皮(double skinfacade简称DSF)。双层玻璃幕墙建筑在冬天具有非常好的保温作用,在夏天具有非常好的通风作用。双层玻璃幕墙的构造形式最早出现的是20世纪70年代的欧洲,它的目的是为了解决玻璃幕墙建筑在夏季出现的过热、高层通风可控等问题。目前单层玻璃幕墙建筑大量存在,这种建筑表皮的能耗大大高于一般建筑,通过对建筑表皮的能耗及热工性能分析,可以看出双层呼吸式玻璃幕墙在该方面有非常大的优势。但是不同宽度的空气夹层、不同的支撑形式、不同材料的玻璃、以及不同的遮阳系统和不同的层间距及不同的构造方式都对双层呼吸式玻璃幕墙的节能效果有很大的影响。 双层玻璃幕墙在保证光线的高入射率的条件下,可以最大程度的降低建筑的空调能耗,提高建筑的舒适度及美观性。本文涉及的双层呼吸式玻璃幕墙是一种新型的幕墙形式。和普通外围护结构相比,新型的双层呼吸式玻璃幕墙拥有可调节的外遮阳设备。本文针对该形式的双层呼吸式玻璃幕墙建筑来进行具体研究。 本文利用Fluent及相关软件来比较室内照度及光的分布特性、温度分布、气流速度分布以及热负荷和房间内暖通空调系统的能耗特性来得出新型双层呼吸式玻璃幕墙建筑与普通窗建筑相比的优势,并且选取中国地区四个城市(由北向南):哈尔滨、北京、上海和广州来研究可调节外遮阳的双层呼吸式玻璃幕墙建筑的地区适应性。 通过利用Fluent、AirPak及相关模拟软件来分析不同厚度的空气夹层,,不同的幕墙材料,不同的遮阳系统的双层呼吸式玻璃幕墙对建筑环境和建筑能耗的影响,并且选取不同地区来研究双层呼吸式玻璃幕墙的地区适应性。
[Abstract]:Double layer glass curtain wall is also called double breathing glass curtain wall because the air between double glass curtain wall has certain circulation. It is made up of inside and outside two layers glass curtain wall, which is called double leather double skinfacade in the industry. Double-layer glass curtain walls have very good insulation in winter and very good ventilation in summer. The structure of double-layer glass curtain wall was first developed in Europe in 1970s. Its purpose is to solve the problems of overheating of glass curtain wall in summer and controllable ventilation of high-rise building. There are a large number of monolayer glass curtain wall buildings at present. The energy consumption of this kind of building skin is much higher than that of ordinary buildings. Through the analysis of building surface energy consumption and thermal performance, it can be seen that the double-layer breathing glass curtain wall has a great advantage in this aspect. However, different width of air interlayer, different supporting forms, different glass materials, different shading system, different interval between layers and different construction methods all have great influence on the energy-saving effect of double-layer breathing glass curtain wall. Under the condition of ensuring the high incidence rate of light, the double-layer glass curtain wall can reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning and improve the comfort and beauty of the building. The double-layer breathing glass curtain wall is a new type of curtain wall. The new double-layer breathing glass curtain wall has adjustable shading equipment compared with the common outer enclosure. In this paper, the double-layer breathing glass curtain wall building to carry out a specific study. In this paper, Fluent and related software are used to compare the indoor illumination and light distribution characteristics, temperature distribution, The air velocity distribution, heat load and energy consumption characteristics of the HVAC system in the room are used to obtain the advantages of the new double-layer breathing glass curtain wall compared with the ordinary window building, and four cities in China (from north to south: Harbin, Harbin, Harbin, Harbin, Harbin, China) are selected. Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou to study the regional adaptability of double-layer breathing glass curtain wall buildings with adjustable shade. The effects of different thickness of air interlayer, different materials of curtain wall and different sunshade system on building environment and building energy consumption are analyzed by using fluentine AirPak and related simulation software. And select different areas to study the regional adaptability of double-layer breathing glass curtain wall.
