湘西旅游景区土家族风情家庭旅馆策划研究

【摘要】：摘要：随着社会经济的发展,旅游业飞速发展,前往湘西地区旅游的游客数量日益增多,对住宿的需求量逐年上升,而景区周边的酒店客房数量有限,尤其在“黄金周”等旅游旺季时更显捉襟见肘,家庭旅馆缓解了客房数量不足的问题,加上人们对体验式旅游的追捧,越来越受到重视。湘西地区的旅游资源丰富,旅游业的发展给当地带来了显著的经济效益和社会效益,也满足了游客旅游消费的需要。土家族是湘西地区主要的民族,研究湘西土家族风情的家庭旅馆,对于发展地区经济和传播土家族文化,有着重要意义。本论文所指的家庭旅馆是一个广泛意义上的概念,它不再是固定意义上的以出租家庭客房为模式来经营的旅馆,而是涵盖了广义上的旅游景区(自然风景、历史文化古镇等)周边的客栈、旅馆、旅舍等。家庭旅馆是一个地区人民结合了本民族建筑的传统特征和当地的民族文化,采用了传统与现代结合的建筑材料和技术,再配套现代化的旅馆设施,以盈利为目的,以凸显个性化和地方特色为主要目标,结合时代的发展特性,满足游客住宿需求,也能体验民族风情的旅馆。本论文通过理论与实践相结合、比较研究和定性与定量分析等研究方法,对湘西旅游景区内土家族风情的家庭旅馆的形式和特色加以总结,主要分析家庭旅馆所处的环境、旅馆内部的客房空间以及装饰设计等几个方面。在经济全球化的时代背景下,家庭旅馆已经成为展示文化独特性的重要平台,具有文化与经济上的多重意义。土家族风情的家庭旅馆在设计建造中,要着重结合土家族的民风民情,表现传统的地方特色,要在不破坏原有生态平衡的基础上,传承土家族文化,建造现代化的住宿设施,推动地区社会和经济的均衡发展。
[Abstract]:Abstract: with the development of social economy and the rapid development of tourism, the number of tourists traveling to Xiangxi is increasing day by day, and the demand for accommodation is increasing year by year, while the number of hotel rooms around the scenic area is limited. Especially in the "Golden week" and other travel season more stretched, family hotels to alleviate the shortage of rooms, coupled with people's pursuit of experiential tourism, more and more attention. Western Hunan is rich in tourism resources, and the development of tourism has brought remarkable economic and social benefits to the area, and has also met the needs of tourists' tourism consumption. Tujia is the main ethnic group in western Hunan. It is of great significance to study Tujia family hotels in western Hunan to develop regional economy and spread Tujia culture. This paper refers to the concept of family hotel in a broad sense, it is no longer a fixed sense of the hotel to rent family rooms as the mode of operation, but covers a broad range of tourist attractions (natural scenery, Historical and cultural towns etc.) the surrounding inns, hotels, hostels, etc. The family hotel is a region where the people combine the traditional characteristics of their own national buildings and the local national culture, adopt traditional and modern building materials and technologies, and complement modern hotel facilities for the purpose of profit. In order to highlight the individuality and local characteristics as the main goal, combined with the characteristics of the development of the times, to meet the needs of tourists to stay, but also to experience the national customs of hotels. Through the combination of theory and practice, comparative study and qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper summarizes the forms and characteristics of Tujia family hotels in Xiangxi tourist attractions, and mainly analyzes the environment of family hotels. Hotel interior room space and decoration design and so on several aspects. Under the background of economic globalization, family hotel has become an important platform to display cultural uniqueness, which has many cultural and economic significance. In the design and construction of the Tujia family hotel, it is necessary to focus on integrating the customs of the Tujia people, to express the traditional local characteristics, to inherit the Tujia culture and build modern accommodation facilities on the basis of not destroying the original ecological balance. Promoting balanced social and economic development in the region.
