极小户型空间设计调查与研究

【摘要】：住宅是人进行社会和家庭活动的重要空间场所。在进入21世纪之后，我国社会飞速发展。面对高速城镇化、土地资源日益紧缺、城市人口增速迅猛、一二线城市房价居高不下等现实环境，如何实现“居者有其屋”成为我国城市发展过程中需要解决的现实问题。极小户型居住空间是一种非常适合的居住模式。它不但满足人们最基本的居住标准和生活需求，同时也应保证居住者的生活尊严和生活质量。但是极小户型空间在方案设计和实际使用中往往存在诸多问题。如何在极小的面积限制下，解决问题和矛盾并为居住者设计出紧凑实用且舒适的居住空间，有着非常重要的意义。本文主要从以下几个方面对极小户型空间进行研究：一、重点分析从国外到国内不同地区、不同时期极小户型空间的发展与演变，阐述极小户型空间在不同地区和时间产生的背景、发展历程及空间特点。描绘了国内国外极小户型空间设计从无到有，从满足最基本居住需求到形成成熟的设计理论和实践的动态过程。二、通过介绍国内外经典优秀实例，分析其平面空间特点，总结出极小户型空间在设计中可以用到的方法和优点。接着通过实际居住地的调查研究，了解居住者的居住感受和需求，将此作为极小户型空间的设计参考。三、从极小户型中基本功能空间入手，对功能空间的基本尺寸、布置方式研究，进而研究功能空间组合为户型以及户型拼接为单元各自的形式和特点。四、结合设计沣东新城2012年度保障房项目，将探索的方法和理论用于实际的项目当中。对极小户型空间的功能平面，，平面形式、功能流线和空间感受有了新的审视。同时提出在实际使用过程中的优化设计策略和改造方案。五、总结以上的理论和实践并得出结论。分析研究未解决或新发现的问题。为今后的进一步探索做资料基础。
[Abstract]:Housing is an important space for people to engage in social and family activities. After entering the 21 st century, the society of our country develops rapidly. In the face of rapid urbanization, increasingly scarce land resources, rapid growth of urban population and high housing prices in the first and second tier cities, how to realize "Home ownership" has become a realistic problem to be solved in the process of urban development in China. Very small housing space is a very suitable living mode. It not only meets the basic living standards and needs of people, but also ensures the dignity and quality of life. However, there are many problems in the scheme design and practical use. It is of great significance to solve the problems and contradictions and design a compact and comfortable living space for the occupants under the minimal area limit. This article mainly carries on the research from the following several aspects to the extremely small family space: The main contents are as follows: 1. The development and evolution of the very small Huxing space in different periods from abroad to different regions at home and abroad are analyzed, and the background, development course and spatial characteristics of the very small Huxing Space in different regions and times are expounded. This paper describes the dynamic process from scratch to existence in the design of the very small household space at home and abroad, from meeting the most basic living needs to forming the mature design theory and practice. Second, through introducing the domestic and foreign classical excellent examples, analyzing the characteristics of the plane space, summing up the methods and advantages that can be used in the design of the minimal Huxing space. Then through the investigation and research of the actual residence, we understand the residents' living experience and needs, and take this as the reference for the design of the very small household space. Third, starting with the basic function space of the minimal unit, the basic size and layout of the function space are studied, and then the forms and characteristics of the combination of the function space for the household type and the splicing of the household type for the unit are studied. Fourth, combined with the design of Fengdong New Town 2012 indemnificatory apartment project, the explored methods and theories will be used in practical projects. The function plane, plane form, function streamline and space feeling of the very small space have been examined. At the same time, the optimal design strategy and modification scheme are put forward in the process of practical use. Fifth, summarize the above theory and practice and draw conclusions. Analyze unsolved or newly discovered problems. For the further exploration in the future to do the data basis.
