西青区津静复线雨污合建泵站工程建设的可行性研究

【摘要】:排水泵站是城市给排水工程中重要的组成部分,其设计和运行直接影响整个社会的稳定与发展。但目前泵站设计运行中仍存在着一些问题,本文以西青区辛口镇津静复线雨污合建泵站建设为例,充分结合工程实际对泵站建设的可行性进行了较为详尽的研究。 本次可行性研究首先对国内外排水泵站的现状和发展进行了分析总结,针对我国城市排水系统的特点,指出目前国内市政排水泵站设计中存在的问题,为今后排水泵站发展改进指明了方向。 其次,对本项目的工程背景、西青区及辛口镇区域概况、区域自然条件以及排水现状等资料进行了归纳分析,指出本项工程实施的必要性。结合西青区及辛口镇当地的自然条件以及排水现状,确定泵站采用雨、污分流制排水体制。在确定排水设计标准和参数后,计算确定雨、污水的泵站规模。雨水泵站服务面积约345ha,流量Q=12m3/s;污水泵站服务面积约2250ha,流量Q=2.2m3/s。根据规划,确定本泵站为雨污水永久性泵站,总占地面积为4600m2。 再次,在确定泵站规模的基础上,对泵站工艺流程进行设计,计算确定各构筑物的工艺参数,并对主要的设备进行比选、定型,其中,格栅设计:雨水泵站采用移动式格栅3台,单个流量为4m3/s,渠道宽度2.5m,格栅间隙b=50mm;污水泵站采用固液分离机3台,单个流量约为0.73m3/s,渠道宽度1.5m,格栅间隙b=20mm。泵房设计:雨水泵房采用半地下式,,水量Q=12m3/s,选用900QZB-50型潜水轴流泵6台,单台流量2056L/S,扬程8.1m;污水泵房针对泵站的特殊地理位置(镇政府旁),提出了全地下式污水泵房配合自控输送栅渣装置和除臭装置的设计方案,既保护了周围环境,又节省了人工劳动力。污水泵房水量Q=2.2m3/s,水泵型号为400WQ1600-10-756台,5用2备,流量1600m3/h,扬程8.5m。此外,对建筑、结构、电气和自控进行了设计分析。 最后,对泵站内的环境保护、劳动安全卫生、安全防火和节能等方面进行分析,提出了具体的可行性要求。
[Abstract]:Drainage pump station is an important part of urban water supply and drainage project. Its design and operation directly affect the stability and development of the whole society. However, there are still some problems in the design and operation of the pumping station. This paper takes the construction of the pumping station in Xinkou Town, Xiqing District, as an example. The feasibility of pumping station construction is studied in detail. Firstly, the present situation and development of domestic and foreign drainage pump stations are analyzed and summarized, aiming at the characteristics of urban drainage system in China. This paper points out the problems existing in the design of domestic municipal drainage pump station at present, and points out the direction for the future development and improvement of the drainage pump station. Secondly, the engineering background of the project and the general situation of Xiqing district and Xinkou town area are given. The regional natural conditions and drainage status are summarized and analyzed, and the necessity of this project is pointed out. Combined with the local natural conditions and drainage status in Xiqing District and Xinkou Town, the drainage system of rain and sewage distribution system was determined. After determining the design criteria and parameters of drainage, the size of pumping station for determining rain and sewage is calculated. The service area of Rain Water pumping station is about 345ha, the flow rate is 12m3 / s, and the service area of sewage pumping station is about 2250ha. the flow rate is 2.2 m3 / s. According to the plan, the pump station is determined to be a permanent pumping station with a total area of 4600m2. Thirdly, on the basis of determining the scale of the pumping station, the technological process of the pump station is designed, and the technological parameters of each structure are calculated and determined. The main equipments are compared and selected, and the design of grid is as follows: Rain Water pump station adopts 3 mobile grille, single flow rate is 4m3 / s, channel width is 2.5m, gap between grille is 50mm, sewage pumping station adopts three solid-liquid separator, The single flow rate is about 0.73 m3 / s, the channel width is 1.5 m, and the grid gap is 20 mm. Pump room design: rain water pump room is semi-underground, water quantity is 12m3 / s, and 900QZB-50 submersible axial flow pump is used. The sewage pump room is aimed at the special geographical position of the pump station (next to the township government, the design scheme of the all-underground sewage pump room combined with the self-controlled grid slag device and the deodorizing device is put forward, which not only protects the surrounding environment, but also has the following advantages: 1) the flow rate of the pump station is 2056L / S, and the head is 8.1 m. The labor force is also saved. The sewage pump room water quantity is 2.2 m3 / s, the pump model is 400WQ 1600-10-756 sets with 2 sets, the flow rate is 1600 m3 / h, the head is 8.5 m. In addition, the design and analysis of building, structure, electric and automatic control are carried out. Finally, the feasibility requirements of environmental protection, labor safety and health, fire prevention and energy saving in pump station are put forward.
