空气源热泵地板采暖系统在夏热冬冷地区的应用研究

【摘要】:空气源热泵地板采暖系统应用到夏热冬冷地区住宅采暖已经是大势所趋,但是在实际应用中也遇到了一些问题。因此,本文针对空气源热泵地板采暖系统进行了实验研究,了解了空气源热泵机组的运行特性和系统采暖效果,详细分析了系统在实际应用中遇到的问题和优化空气源热泵与地板采暖之间的匹配问题,还对空气源热泵地板采暖系统进行了节能性和经济性分析,认为应当使用空气源热泵代替燃气壁挂炉作为地板采暖的热源。本文首先指出空气源热泵地板采暖系统为夏热冬冷地区住宅采暖提供了一个好的思路。系统以空气源热泵为冷热源,既解决了夏季空调供冷的需要,又可以在冬季给地板采暖提供低温热水。本文还对空气源热泵地板采暖系统的国内外研究现状作了综合性分析。其次,搭建了空气源热泵地板采暖系统的实验台,在不同天气,不同供回水模式,不同流量条件下分别对系统作了测试,掌握了该系统的运行特性和规律。实验结果表明空气源热泵地板采暖系统的采暖效果良好,而且系统性能受众多因素的影响。实验研究为空气热泵地板采暖系统的优化设计提供了方向。然后,指出优化空气源热泵地板采暖系统具有很大的节能潜力。一方面是要保证系统运行的稳定性,另一方面是要优化空气源热泵与地板采暖的匹配。本文主要根据系统运行特点分析了机组频繁启动问题和化霜问题,提出应该根据系统的特点提出适用可靠的控制方式。本文还从水温、流量以及散热量等方面分析了地板采暖与不同热源的匹配。对于燃气壁挂炉地板采暖系统而言,系统所采用的是小流量、高温热水来供暖的,地板采暖盘管管间距较大就可以满足要求;而对于空气源热泵地板采暖系统而言,系统所采用的是大流量、低温热水来供暖的,地板采暖盘管管间距较小才能满足要求。最后,对空气源热泵地板采暖系统进行了节能性和经济性分析,并和燃气壁挂炉地板采暖系统作了比较。得出空气源热泵地板采暖系统虽然初投资略高于燃气壁挂炉地板采暖系统,但是它具有运行能耗低,年运行费用低的特点,因此值得推广使用。同时空气源热泵机组的COP对运行能耗和费用由很大影响,因此应提高空气源热泵机组的COP。
[Abstract]:The application of air source heat pump floor heating system to residential heating in hot summer and cold winter area has been the trend of the times, but some problems have been encountered in practical application. Therefore, this paper has carried on the experimental research to the air source heat pump floor heating system, has understood the air source heat pump unit movement characteristic and the system heating effect, The problems encountered in practical application and the matching problem between air source heat pump and floor heating are analyzed in detail. The energy saving and economy of air source heat pump floor heating system are also analyzed. It is suggested that air source heat pump should be used instead of gas wall hanging furnace as heat source for floor heating. This paper first points out that the air source heat pump floor heating system provides a good idea for residential heating in hot summer and cold winter area. Using air source heat pump as cooling and heat source, the system not only solves the need of air conditioning cooling in summer, but also provides low temperature hot water for floor heating in winter. The research status of air source heat pump floor heating system at home and abroad is also analyzed in this paper. Secondly, the test bench of air source heat pump floor heating system is built, and the system is tested under different weather, different water supply mode and different flow rate, and the operation characteristics and rules of the system are grasped. The experimental results show that the heating effect of air source heat pump floor heating system is good, and the system performance is affected by many factors. The experimental research provides the direction for the optimization design of air heat pump floor heating system. Then, it is pointed out that the optimization of air source heat pump floor heating system has great energy saving potential. On the one hand, it is necessary to ensure the stability of the system, on the other hand, to optimize the matching of air source heat pump and floor heating. In this paper, the frequent start-up problem and defrosting problem of the unit are analyzed according to the operating characteristics of the system, and a suitable and reliable control method is put forward according to the characteristics of the system. This paper also analyzes the matching of floor heating and different heat sources from the aspects of water temperature, flow rate and heat dissipation. For the gas wall hanging furnace floor heating system, the system adopts small flow rate, high temperature hot water to heating, floor heating coil tube spacing can meet the requirements; but for air source heat pump floor heating system, The system uses large flow, low temperature hot water to heating, floor heating coil space is small to meet the requirements. Finally, the energy efficiency and economy of the air source heat pump floor heating system are analyzed and compared with the gas wall hanging furnace floor heating system. It is concluded that although the initial investment of air source heat pump floor heating system is slightly higher than that of gas wall hanging furnace floor heating system, it has the characteristics of low operating energy consumption and low annual operating cost, so it is worth popularizing and using. At the same time, the COP of air-source heat pump unit has great influence on the running energy consumption and cost, so it is necessary to improve the COPof air-source heat pump unit.
