BIM技术在工程变更管理中设计阶段的应用研究

【摘要】:由于建设项目的特殊功能性,决定了它在建筑结构、防火、照明、采暖通风等方面的复杂性和动态性,这些特征决定了工程变更是不可避免的,工程变更对合同工期、合同价格都有很大的影响。目前,工程变更管理的重点放在了实施阶段,缺乏对项目设计阶段的预先控制,还存在信息管理手段落后,项目参与方之间组织协调困难等问题。将建筑信息模型(Building Information Model)技术引入到工程变更管理中,有助于工程变更的有效管理和动态控制。主要研究内容如下: ○1根据国内工程变更管理的现状,首先分析了工程变更产生的原因及变更管理现存的主要问题。针对现存的问题,提出引入BIM技术来解决这些问题。BIM技术的参数化、可视化、协同设计、碰撞检测、施工信息动态追踪、BIM信息交流平台等功能可以实现对工程变更的动态管理。 ○2分析了工程变更管理中所需要的BIM功能,,研究如何将施工信息关联到基于BIM的3D模型中,并构建基于BIM的4D模型在工程变更管理中的应用框架体系,提出用4D模型来实现对工程变更的动态管理。 ○3采用案例研究方式说明4D模型在工程变更管理中的可行性。通过系统地创建3D模型,得出3D参数化设计能够提高设计质量,减少“错、碰、漏、缺”现象的出现;4D模型的建立实现了对变更信息动态管理;BIM信息平台有效解决了项目参与方之间沟通交流困难的问题,保证信息传递的可靠性。从而达到有效减少可以避免的变更和预先控制的目的。
[Abstract]:Because of the special function of the construction project, it determines the complexity and dynamics of the construction structure, fire prevention, lighting, heating and ventilation, etc. These characteristics determine that the engineering change is inevitable. The contract price has a great influence. At present, the emphasis of project change management is on the implementation stage, which lacks the pre-control of the project design stage, and there are still some problems such as the backward information management means and the difficulty of organization and coordination among the project participants. This paper introduces the technology of Building Information Model into engineering change management, which is helpful to the effective management and dynamic control of engineering change. The main contents of the study are as follows: According to the current situation of domestic engineering change management, this paper first analyzes the causes of engineering change and the main problems existing in change management. Aiming at the existing problems, it is proposed to introduce BIM technology to solve these problems. The functions of parameterization, visualization, collaborative design, collision detection and dynamic tracking of construction information can realize the dynamic management of engineering changes. 02 analyzes the BIM function needed in engineering change management, studies how to relate construction information to 3D model based on BIM, and constructs the application framework system of 4D model based on BIM in engineering change management. A 4 D model is proposed to realize the dynamic management of engineering change. The feasibility of 4 D model in engineering change management is illustrated by case study. By systematically creating 3D model, it is concluded that 3D parameterized design can improve the design quality and reduce "mistakes, bumps, leaks". The establishment of the "lack" model can effectively solve the problem of communication and communication between the project participants and ensure the reliability of the information transmission through the dynamic management of the change information and the BIM information platform. In order to achieve effective reduction of avoidable changes and pre-control purposes.
