不同地质条件下旋挖钻机施工技术研究

【摘要】:作者对国内、外旋挖钻的发展情况做了深入地了解,分析了该种大型钻孔桩成孔设备的发展历史和现状,与其他成孔设备进行了比较,分析了其优劣条件。结合所在施工企业具体的施工实例,作者对旋挖钻的施工工艺做了详细的分析,覆盖了旋挖钻施工时应该注意的各方面,对今后施工工艺的设计有参考价值。对旋挖钻施工时所处的不同地质环境下,为提高工效而加工的不同钻具进行结构分析,并采用理论分析的方法对钻具的受力情况做了分析、研究。对改进钻具的型式有参考价值。对旋挖钻和其他大型施工设备联合作业进行了分析研究。在一些特殊情况下,为了满足施工需要以及提高作业的工效,将其他大型施工设备和旋挖钻联合作业,这种作业对工艺的要求更高,其工艺的分析对今后的施工具有指导意义。
[Abstract]:The author has made a thorough understanding of the development of domestic and external rotary drilling equipment, analyzed the development history and present situation of this kind of large drilling pile drilling equipment, compared it with other drilling equipment, and analyzed its advantages and disadvantages. Combined with the concrete construction examples of the construction enterprises, the author makes a detailed analysis on the construction technology of rotary drilling, covering all aspects that should be paid attention to in the construction of rotary digging and drilling, which has reference value for the design of construction technology in the future. This paper analyzes the structure of different drilling tools processed to improve the working efficiency under different geological environments, and analyzes the stress of drilling tools by theoretical analysis method. It has reference value for improving the type of drilling tool. The combined operation of rotary drilling and other large-scale construction equipment is analyzed and studied. In some special cases, in order to meet the construction needs and improve the work efficiency, other large construction equipment and rotary drilling combined operation, this kind of operation requires higher technology, and the analysis of the process has a guiding significance for the future construction.
