生态设计在旅游地产住宅室内设计中的应用研究

【摘要】：旅游地产是一种新兴的产业形式,是具有投资、养生、休闲、旅游等功能的新型房地产产业。生态设计是设计界的理想空间环境的设计手法,是人们对居住空间的心理和生理需求,也是体现设计的责任感和使命感的重要依据。由此可见生态设计在室内设计中所占的比例不容小觑,这关系到设计的价值评判标准和可持续发展的工程。本文主要研究旅游地产室内设计的特征和生态设计在旅游地产室内设计中的应用,研究采用了文献收集法、实例分析法和归纳演绎的方法。研究主要分为以下6个部分：(1)引言主要阐述旅游地产产生的背景条件、当前室内设计存在的问题和人们逐渐增强的环保意识,引发人们将生态设计引入到旅游地产中。(2)文献综述是对相关概念进行界定,并对国内外的研究现状进行概述,引出本文的研究目的、意义、内容和方法。(3)基于生态设计的旅游住宅室内设计理论分析,主要追溯了旅游住宅地产和生态设计的起源、特征和发展,并概述了生态设计的设计原则和影响因素,其中包含绿色植物的引用、环保材料的选择、室内的声设计、光设计和热环境的设计。(4)对旅游地产室内生态设计用户需求调查,通过调查来了解人们对旅游地产的真实需求,为后期设计提供理论依据。(5)通过对旅游地产室内生态设计的典型案例分析,总结出旅游地产的共同点、旅游地产与传统地产的差异性,并通过都江堰的“水映青城”旅游地产项目进行案例实证分析。(6)生态设计在雅安的“水墨上里”项目中的设计实证,为生态设计在旅游住宅地产中的室内设计研究提供一些参考。通过上述研究,本文的主要研究结果如下：(1)生态设计对旅游住宅地产来说是不可或缺的一部分,是人们生活环境健康、舒适、环保、节约能源和资源以及人与自然和谐共处的保证。(2)旅游地产与传统住宅的区别：环境特征,旅游地产对自然环境的要求很高,需要具备特殊的自然环境和地理位置；具有投资、旅游度假、养生等区别于传统住宅项目的特点；具有休闲度假的经营特征,其经营模式有别于传统商品住宅的经营开发模式。(3)生态设计在旅游住宅地产的设计表现：在室内风格选择上,消费者偏好一些贴近自然、度假休闲般舒适的室内设计风格,在调查中东南亚风格和地中海风格占据榜首；室内生态环境设计的第一步就是要做好优化室内空间,采用合理的室内布局,创造舒适的居住环境,营造一个舒适的空间感；考虑到旅游住宅地产的特殊性,室内布局还要摈除一些商务空间,还原休闲空间,可以设计一个多功能室,作为灵活使用空间,增强室内空间利用的多样性；在旅游住宅地产的室内设计中要实现节能和环保,设计上应摒弃繁琐设计,减少材料的浪费,应遵循简洁、实用的原则,通过设计技巧的处理,实现装饰材料节约,还能保证居室的品位与空间。(4)在旅游住宅地产的室内空间中,大力引进自然光源,合理布置空间功能,才能充分享受到大自然的馈赠。合理运用人工照明的优势,如局部照明和混合照明的结合,实现自然光源无法做到的时间性和自由性,并按照空间的功能布局实现灯光的合理运用。(5)本文通过对四川地区典型的旅游住宅地产的分析,总结了旅游住宅地产的共同特征,并对雅安市的“水墨上里”项目和都江堰市的“水映青城”项目进行实例分析,认为生态设计在室内风格选择、室内装饰环保建材的选择、绿色植物的引进、室内的声环境的控制、采光通风的处理等方面要适宜人们度假休闲的要求。本文通过对雅安市的“水墨上里”项目和都江堰水映青城项目进行案例的实证,得出旅游住宅地产的生态设计的可行性与实践性,并总结出生态室内设计的注意点,以期望为今后的实践提供一定的理论依据和技术支持。
[Abstract]:Tourism real estate is a new type of industrial form, which is a new real estate industry with the functions of investment, health care, leisure and tourism. The design of the ideal space environment is the design technique of the ideal space environment of the design circle. It is the psychological and physiological needs of the people for the living space, and also an important basis for the sense of responsibility and the sense of mission of the design. The proportion of design in interior design can not be underestimated. It is related to the value evaluation standard of the design and the project of sustainable development. This paper mainly studies the characteristics of the interior design of tourism real estate and the application of ecological design in the interior design of tourism real estate. The research adopts the method of collection of documents, the method of case analysis and the method of induction and deduction. The study is divided into 6 parts as follows: (1) the introduction mainly expounds the background conditions of tourism real estate, the existing problems in the current interior design and the increasing environmental awareness of people, which leads to the introduction of ecological design into the tourism real estate. (2) the literature review is a definition of the related concept, and a summary of the current research status at home and abroad. The purpose, significance, content and method of this study. (3) the theoretical analysis of the interior design of tourist residence based on ecological design, mainly traced back the origin, characteristics and development of tourism residential property and ecological design, and summarized the design principles and influence factors of the ecological design, including the reference of green plants, and the selection of environmental protection materials. Indoor sound design, light design and thermal environment design. (4) the investigation of the user needs of the indoor ecological design of tourist real estate, through the investigation to understand the real needs of people on tourism real estate, to provide theoretical basis for the later design. (5) through the typical case analysis of the ecological design of the tourist real estate, the common point of tourism real estate is summed up. The difference between the real estate and the traditional real estate, and through the Dujiangyan "Shui Ying Qingcheng" tourism real estate project to carry out a case study. (6) the ecological design in Ya'an "ink and ink" project design demonstration, for the ecological design in the tourism residential real estate in the interior design research to provide some reference. Through the above research, the main part of this paper. The research results are as follows: (1) the ecological design is an indispensable part of the tourism residential real estate. It is the guarantee of people's living environment healthy, comfortable, environmental protection, energy saving and resources as well as the harmonious coexistence between people and nature. (2) the difference between tourism real estate and traditional housing: environmental characteristics, the requirements of tourism real estate to the natural environment are very high. To have special natural environment and geographical position; with investment, tourist holiday, health care and other characteristics of the traditional residential projects; with the management characteristics of leisure and holiday, its operating mode is different from the traditional commercial development mode of commercial housing. (3) the design performance of ecological design in tourism residential property: in the indoor style choice, Consumers prefer the interior design style which is close to nature and leisure and comfort. In the survey, the Southeast Asian style and the Mediterranean style occupy the top of the list. The first step of the interior environment design is to optimize the indoor space, adopt a reasonable indoor layout, create a comfortable living environment and create a comfortable sense of space. Considering the particularity of tourism residential real estate, indoor layout should also eliminate some business space, restore leisure space, can design a multi-functional room, as a flexible use of space, enhance the diversity of indoor space utilization; in the interior design of tourism residential real estate to realize the energy saving and environmental protection, design should abandon tedious design, reduce material The waste of the material should follow the simple and practical principle, through the treatment of the design techniques, the decoration materials can be saved and the quality and space of the living room can be guaranteed. (4) in the indoor space of the tourist residential real estate, the natural light source is introduced and the space function is reasonably arranged to fully enjoy the gift of nature. Potential, such as the combination of local lighting and mixed lighting, realize the time and freedom that natural light source can't do, and realize the reasonable use of light according to the function layout of space. (5) through the analysis of typical residential real estate in Sichuan area, this paper summarizes the common characteristics of Tourism residential property and the "water ink" in Ya'an. The project and the project of "Shui Ying green city" in Dujiangyan are analyzed in this paper. It is considered that the selection of indoor style, the selection of indoor decoration and environmental protection materials, the introduction of green plants, the control of indoor sound environment and the treatment of lighting and ventilation should be suitable for people to meet the requirements of leisure and leisure. This article through the "water" in Ya'an city. In the case of the case of the "ink on" project and the Dujiangyan water show green city project, the feasibility and practicality of the ecological design of the tourist residential real estate are obtained, and the attention point of the ecological interior design is summed up, so as to provide some theoretical basis and technical support for the future practice.
