某大型飞机总装厂房工程关键施工技术研究

【摘要】:本文以某飞机总装厂房工程为背景,通过系统总结国内外有关大型厂房施工技术的研究资料,详细介绍了和研究了厂房大型钢网架屋盖整体提升技术、大型工业厂房屋面PVC防水施工技术、大面积钢筋混凝土地辐热供暖耐磨地面施工技术、厂房通长钢大门制作和安装施工技术。研究表明:(1)地面拼装后液压同步整体提升网架的施工方法相对较优,在地面拼装网架过程中可插入其它专业的安装施工,大量工作可以在地面完成,减少了脚手架用量,避免了高空作业,安全管理难度较低,网架安装精度也能很好控制,既节约成本,又能保证质量和安全。(2)网架提升前应根据工程特点建立数值模型分析了网架提升阶段、提升点局部失效、高空停滞阶段等工况的安全性,并根据计算结果给出控制网架安全性的具体措施和方法。在此基础上,详细说明网架的提升总体流程、提升过程、工艺流程及提升过程中质量、安全控制措施。(3)PVC防水卷材屋面施工,应重点控制好原材料质量和卷材搭接处焊接缝质量,施工前应制定屋面工程的保温板铺设、PVC卷材的铺设及细部处理等方案,并给出了工程质量控制、检测和验收标准。施工过程中应严格按照施工方案施工,才能保证屋面防水层施工质量。(4)厂房通长钢大门制作和安装过程中,应制定严密的安装工艺和制作安装质量控制措施,门体组装各个节点螺栓连接位置应控制准确,位置偏差及对角线偏差均应满足设计及规范要求。安装完毕后应保证大门开启灵活,合缝严密。本文的研究成果可为施工同类或相似结构提供借鉴和指导。
[Abstract]:Based on the background of an aircraft assembly plant, this paper systematically summarizes the research data about the construction technology of the large factory building at home and abroad, and introduces and studies the whole lifting technology of the large steel grid roof of the factory building in detail. Large industrial workshop roof PVC waterproof construction technology, large area of reinforced concrete floor heating and wear-resistant ground construction technology, workshop through Changgang gate production and installation construction technology. The research shows that the construction method of hydraulic synchronous integral lifting grid after ground assembly is relatively good, and other professional installation construction can be inserted in the process of ground installation, a large amount of work can be completed on the ground, and the amount of scaffolding can be reduced. Avoiding high altitude operation, low difficulty of safety management, good control of installation precision of grid, saving cost and ensuring quality and safety. Before upgrading, the numerical model should be established according to the engineering characteristics to analyze the lifting stage of grid structure. The safety of local failure of lifting point and the stage of high altitude stagnation are discussed. The concrete measures and methods to control the safety of grid are given according to the calculation results. On this basis, the general process, lifting process, technological process and quality in the promotion process of the grid truss are explained in detail. The safety control measures, PVC waterproof membrane roof construction, should focus on controlling the quality of raw materials and the welding joint quality of the lap joint of the coiled material. Before construction, it is necessary to draw up the plan of laying PVC coiled material with insulation board for roof engineering, and give the quality control, inspection and acceptance standard of the project. In the process of construction, we should strictly follow the construction plan to ensure the construction quality of roof waterproof layer. During the manufacture and installation of the gate of Changchang Steel, we should make strict installation technology and quality control measures. The bolting position of each node should be controlled accurately and the position deviation and diagonal deviation should meet the design and specification requirements. After installation should ensure that the door open flexible, tight seams. The research results of this paper can provide reference and guidance for similar construction or similar structures.
