PCCP预应力分布与损失研究

【摘要】:预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)作为复合型管材兼有钢管和混凝土管的优点,被越来越多地应用于输水工程中,近年来对于PCCP的研究越来越受到重视。由于PCCP自身结构特点——钢丝提供初始预应力,其预应力的大小和分布对于PCCP的承载能力和受力性能十分重要,但是当前针对缠丝完成时预应力分布及预应力损失的研究相对较少。本文将结合实际PCCP管道工程,利用有限元软件ANSYS进行数值仿真,对结构进行内力和位移分析,得到预应力的分布和损失情况,为PCCP试验研究和工程应用提供参考数据。本文的主要工作如下:(1)通过ANSYS有限元模型进行预应力分析,得到管材结构应力分布情况;并比较了几种建模方法:一次性施加降温值建模与分阶段施加降温值建模,合并钢丝作用建模与钢丝精确建模,得到对进行PCCP结构分析较优的模型,为研究预应力分布和损失提供更加准确的数值仿真模型。(2)综合分析造成PCCP预应力损失的因素,通过施加考虑预应力损失后的预应力值,得到结构相应的应力变化情况,分析预应力损失对结构承载性能的影响。(3)为较准确地得到实际存在的预应力分布情况,本文通过ANSYS仿真,结合参数分析,得到钢丝应力与管芯内表面环向应力的对应关系公式,为准确测量预应力大小和分布提供理论基础。
[Abstract]:Prestressed steel cylinder concrete pipe (PCCP) as a composite pipe has the advantages of both steel pipe and concrete pipe. PCCP has been used more and more in water conveyance engineering. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the study of PCCP. The size and distribution of the prestressing force is very important for the bearing capacity and mechanical performance of the PCCP because of its structural characteristics-the steel wire provides the initial prestress, and the size and distribution of the prestressing force are very important to the PCCP. However, there are few researches on the distribution of prestressing force and the loss of prestressing force. Combined with the actual PCCP pipeline engineering, the finite element software ANSYS is used to carry out numerical simulation to analyze the internal force and displacement of the structure, and the distribution and loss of prestressing force are obtained, which provides the reference data for the experimental research and engineering application of PCCP. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the stress distribution of pipe structure is obtained by using ANSYS finite element model, and several modeling methods are compared: one time applying cooling value modeling and the other is applying temperature drop value modeling step by step. Combining the action modeling of steel wire with the precise modeling of steel wire, a better model for PCCP structure analysis is obtained, which provides a more accurate numerical simulation model for the study of prestress distribution and loss. By applying the prestress value after considering the prestress loss, the corresponding stress variation of the structure is obtained, and the influence of the prestress loss on the bearing capacity of the structure is analyzed. Through ANSYS simulation and parameter analysis, the corresponding relation formula between steel wire stress and inner surface stress of pipe core is obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for accurately measuring the size and distribution of prestress.
