探讨高清演播室及其辅助技术用房建筑环境设计

【摘要】:演播室作为广电类建筑的重要功能区,由于其工艺的特殊性,空调系统不同于常规的民用建筑如办公室、商业等空调系统。它对气流组织、噪声标准都有着很高的要求。本文建立了针对演播室等广电类建筑的空调系统方案,通过结合山东省某广电项目,从空调系统的设计方式、消声、隔振及节能性分析等方面进行了研究。主要内容包括以下几个方面:整理分析了演播室等广电类建筑的建筑特征、负荷特点、噪声控制标准及室内外参考设计参数等,同时对不同的空调冷热源形式、空调末端系统形式进行了比较分析,总结归纳了可用于演播室的几种空调方案及气流组织形式。演播室及其辅助技术用房一般包括:演播室、导播室、录音室以及相关人员化妆、休息、办公室及信息中心。其中声学要求较高的房间及信息机房存在常年制冷的运行状态,其余房间可按普通功能房间进行空调设计。本文以山东省某实际广电工程为例,按不同房间的功能要求,选择不同的空调形式,进行了空调系统的环境优化设计,探讨了不同冷热源下空调全年的能耗情况,以期获得比较节能的空调方案,最后针对空调系统提出了一些节能措施,如采用节能伸缩风口和进行变风量调节等。根据演播室建筑的噪声标准,以及不同空调设备的特点,分析了空调系统的噪声来源。从消声及隔震两个方面入手,提出通风空调系统消声隔振的一些措施,为以后的工程探索与寻求可行的参考方案。
[Abstract]:As an important function area of radio and television buildings, the air conditioning system is different from the conventional civil buildings such as office, commercial and so on because of the particularity of its technology. It has high requirements for airflow organization and noise standards. In this paper, a scheme of air conditioning system for broadcast and television buildings such as studio is established. By combining with a radio and television project in Shandong Province, the design mode, noise attenuation, vibration isolation and energy saving analysis of air conditioning system are studied. The main contents include the following aspects: the architectural features, load characteristics, noise control standards and indoor and outdoor reference design parameters of broadcast and television buildings such as studio are analyzed, and the different air conditioning cooling and heat source forms are also analyzed. The air conditioning terminal system forms are compared and analyzed, and several air conditioning schemes and airflow organization forms for studio are summarized. Studios and assistive technology rooms generally include: studio, director, studio and related personnel makeup, rest, office and information center. The room with high acoustics requirement and the room of information machine have the operation state of annual refrigeration. The other rooms can be designed according to the ordinary function room. Taking an actual radio and television project in Shandong Province as an example, according to the functional requirements of different rooms, this paper selects different air conditioning forms, carries out the environmental optimization design of air conditioning system, and probes into the energy consumption of air conditioning in the whole year under different cold and heat sources. Finally, some energy-saving measures are put forward, such as energy saving telescopic tuyere and variable air volume adjustment. According to the noise standard of studio building and the characteristics of different air conditioning equipment, the noise sources of air conditioning system are analyzed. Based on the two aspects of sound attenuation and vibration isolation, some measures for noise isolation of ventilation and air conditioning system are put forward, which can be used as a reference for the future engineering.
