大同集团供水管网远程监测与事故定位研究

【摘要】:供水管道能否畅通运行直接关系到供水企业和居民的正常生活以及工业生产过程的正常运转。本论文以大同煤矿集团的供水管网为研究对象,大同煤矿的供水管道由于多年缺乏维护,存在着供水管道设施陈旧,管子的腐蚀也比较严重,极易造成供水管道破裂等问题。本文首先对大同煤矿集团实际供水管道现状进行现场调研之后,设计了一套供水管网远程监测系统,系统的整体设计以物联网三层架构为基础,以分层设计思想为主线,详细给出了采集层、传输层、应用层的设计实现流程和具体设计方法。然后根据实际状况,运用改进的模糊聚类分析法,并运用EPANET对管网进行水利模拟,提出了较为合理的测压点优化布置的方案。详细论述了事故产生时的管网中测压点的压力变化特征,首先建立管网微观水力模型,对供水管网事故工况进行模拟,进而观察和评估事故影响压力变化的效果,通过实例分析,建立供水管网漏损事故特征信息库。提出“二步走”进行事故点的准确定位:第一步是利用BP神经网络法智能识别出事故区域,即利用事故特征信息库对BP神经网络进行学习与训练,建立事故区与测压点压力变化之间的非线性关系,然后将各测压点的压力变化信息作为已知条件,进而通过该神经网络来完成事故区的识别;第二步是在前者基础上,运用微观水力模型及统计学方法来完成可疑事故点的定位,利用黄金分割法完成漏损量的估算。
[Abstract]:The smooth operation of water supply pipeline is directly related to the normal life of water supply enterprises and residents as well as the normal operation of industrial production process. This paper takes the water supply pipe network of Datong Coal Mine Group as the research object. Due to the lack of maintenance for many years, the water supply pipeline in Datong Coal Mine has many problems, such as the outmoded water supply pipeline facilities, the serious corrosion of the pipes, and so on, which can easily cause the water supply pipeline to break. After investigating the actual water supply pipeline status of Datong Coal Mine Group, this paper designs a remote monitoring system of water supply network. The whole design of the system is based on the three-layer structure of the Internet of things, and the main line is the idea of layered design. The design process and design method of acquisition layer, transmission layer and application layer are given in detail. Then, according to the actual situation, the improved fuzzy cluster analysis method and EPANET are used to simulate the water conservancy of the pipe network, and a more reasonable scheme of optimal layout of pressure measuring points is put forward. This paper discusses in detail the pressure variation characteristics of the pressure measuring points in the pipeline network when the accident occurs. Firstly, the micro hydraulic model of the pipe network is established, and the accident condition of the water supply network is simulated, and the effect of the accident affecting the pressure change is observed and evaluated. Through the analysis of examples, the information base of leakage accident characteristics of water supply network is established. It is put forward that "two-step walking" can accurately locate the accident point. The first step is to use BP neural network to identify the accident area intelligently, that is, to study and train the BP neural network by using the accident characteristic information base. The nonlinear relationship between the accident area and the pressure change of the pressure measuring point is established, and then the pressure change information of each pressure measuring point is taken as the known condition, and then the identification of the accident area is completed by the neural network. The second step is based on the former. The microscopic hydraulic model and statistical method were used to locate the suspected accident point and the golden section method was used to estimate the leakage amount.
