城市内涝控制与排水管网规划研究

【摘要】:近年来,城市内涝的问题愈演愈烈,成为继水污染、大气污染等环境问题另一个新的问题。城市化进程的快速发展以及全球气候变化的加剧,都是导致内涝问题频发的原因。我国由于自身的管网设计特点以及暴雨量的剧加,导致愈多的城市发生内涝,严重影响着居民的正常生活。 本文围绕城市内涝的影响因素等展开讨论,主要有以下几点内容:(1)城市内涝的诱导是多个因素的组合体,城市作为一个整合体,其形成和发展的特点使内涝成为伴随城市发展而形成的一个代表性灾害,文中对城市影响内涝的成因进行了分析和总结。(2)针对城市内涝与城市排水管网规划的必然关系,讨论了国内外排水规划理念的差异,分析了我国管网规划存在的不足。(3)城市的管网设计承载力直接关系着降雨能否及时和安全的排出,本文依据最新的排涝大纲对某市新片区的排水进行了规划设计。(4)对西安的内涝情况分析和总结,得出本市主要的积水点以及类型,,即主要是城市低洼处和旧管道承载能力不足的管段,在此基础上通过内涝积水点的改造实例,总结出西安城区内涝的原因,提出治理措施。(5)从雨水利用和城市规划两方面,研究了内涝治理的新措施,从根本上预防和减少城市内涝的发生。 本文结合实例对城市内涝进行了深入的分析和研究,具体研究了西安市的内涝情况以及陕西某市的排水规划,并结合其他国内外城市内涝治理措施的治理效果,得出治理内涝需要将主观与客观因素结合,涉及管理层面、设计层面和可行性方面等,采取从规划设计到利用循环的可持续方法是治理城市内涝的关键,为西安的内涝控制和排水规划提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of urban waterlogging has become more and more serious, and has become another new problem in environmental problems, such as water pollution and air pollution. The rapid development of urbanization and the aggravation of global climate change are the causes of frequent waterlogging. Due to the characteristics of pipe network design and the sudden increase of storm rainfall in our country, more and more cities have waterlogging, which seriously affects the normal life of the residents. This paper focuses on the influencing factors of urban waterlogging. The main contents are as follows: 1) the induction of urban waterlogging is a combination of many factors, and the city is an integrative body. The characteristics of its formation and development make the waterlogging a representative disaster formed with the development of the city. This paper analyzes and summarizes the causes of the urban waterlogging, and summarizes the inevitable relationship between the urban waterlogging and the urban drainage pipe network planning. This paper discusses the differences in the concept of drainage planning at home and abroad, and analyzes the deficiency of pipe network planning in China. The carrying capacity of pipe network design in cities is directly related to the timely and safe discharge of rainfall. According to the latest drainage outline, this paper analyzes and summarizes the waterlogging situation in Xi'an according to the planning and design of drainage in a new area of a certain city, and obtains the main water accumulation points and types in this city. That is to say, it is mainly the pipe section with low urban depression and insufficient carrying capacity of the old pipeline. On this basis, through the example of the reconstruction of the waterlogging water accumulation point, the causes of the waterlogging in Xi'an urban area are summarized, and the control measures. 5) from the two aspects of Rain Water utilization and urban planning, are put forward. The new measures of waterlogging control are studied to prevent and reduce the occurrence of urban waterlogging. This paper has carried on the thorough analysis and the research to the city waterlogging combining the example, has studied the Xi'an city's waterlogging situation and the drainage plan of a certain city in Shaanxi, and combined with other domestic and foreign cities waterlogging control measures' control effect, It is concluded that it is necessary to combine subjective and objective factors to control waterlogging, including management level, design level and feasibility, etc. Sustainable methods from planning and design to utilizing circulation are the key to control urban waterlogging. It provides reference basis for waterlogging control and drainage planning in Xi'an.
