巢湖市区及近郊区山体综合整治规划研究

【摘要】:因为城市建设和经济发展的需要,很多具有一定山体资源的城市长期选择就近采石,经年累月的开采形成了数量众多的破损山体。随着城市化进程的加快,城市范围的不断拓展,很多原先位于郊区的破损山体开始进入城市规划区的范围内,有些甚至残留在城市建成区内,巢湖市就是这样的典型。这些山体对城市的环境安全,生态景观,人居环境质量都造成了较大的影响。同时,通常又具有较好的外部条件和区位优势,安全性相对较好,并且具有一定的文化和景观价值。通过对破损山体的整治,进行相应的功能置换,改善环境和景观质量,使其重新焕发生命力,就成为了一种必要,且具有可能性。本文以巢湖市城区和近郊范围内的破损山体为研究对象,在深入调研的基础上,对其整治的路径方法进行探讨,以期对更多面临类似问题的城市提供参考。首先,梳理了国内外相关方面的理论,包括城市废弃地再利用,生态修复,城市形象特色的理论。以及相关实践,并概括了代表性案例的再利用开发模式,为下文的研究提供基础参考。其次,在尝试建立山体资源环境质量评价体系的基础上,从设计手法,空间管制,产业调整,工程治理,植被修复,灾害防治,保障措施等方面探讨了山体综合整治规划的路径方法。最后,客观分析了巢湖市城区和近郊区破损山体现状,并对其资源环境质量进行评价。并以此为基础,提出建立巢湖市山体公园系统的整治策略,并在以上方面提出建议措施。
[Abstract]:Because of the need of urban construction and economic development, many cities with certain mountain resources have chosen to quarry nearby for a long time, and a large number of damaged mountain bodies have been formed after years of mining. With the acceleration of urbanization and the continuous expansion of urban scope, many damaged mountains in the suburbs began to enter the scope of the urban planning area, some even remained in the urban built area, Chaohu City is such a typical. These mountains have a great impact on the environmental safety, ecological landscape and human settlement quality of the city. At the same time, it usually has good external conditions and location advantages, relatively good security, and has certain cultural and landscape value. It is necessary and possible to renovate the damaged mountain body, to improve the environment and landscape quality, and to rejuvenate the vitality of the damaged mountain body by corresponding function replacement. This paper takes the damaged mountain body in Chaohu city and suburbs as the research object, on the basis of in-depth investigation, discusses the way of its renovation, in order to provide reference for more cities facing similar problems. First of all, combing the relevant theories at home and abroad, including the reuse of urban abandoned land, ecological restoration, urban image characteristics theory. And the related practice, and summarized the representative case reuse development mode, for the following research provides the foundation reference. Secondly, on the basis of trying to establish an evaluation system of mountain resources and environment quality, from the aspects of design techniques, space control, industrial adjustment, engineering management, vegetation restoration, disaster prevention and control, The path method of comprehensive mountain regulation planning is discussed in terms of safeguard measures and so on. Finally, the present situation of damaged mountain body in Chaohu city and suburb is analyzed objectively, and the quality of resources and environment is evaluated. On the basis of this, this paper puts forward the renovation strategy of the mountain park system in Chaohu city, and puts forward some suggestions in the above aspects.
