不均匀沉降对砌体结构的影响分析

【摘要】:地基的不均匀沉降作用是导致砌体结构建筑物的墙体部分出现裂缝的主要原因之一。由于砌体结构本身在整体性及刚度方面的表现相对较差,加之其所采涉及材料的抗拉、抗剪性能一般都不理想,致使砌体结构成为对沉降作用较为敏感的结构类型。一般只要发生较小的相对不均匀沉降就可在墙体产生显著地开裂,而墙体出现裂缝则是造成砌体结构房屋各种质量事故的首要表现形式。为了明确砌体结构房屋在各种不均匀沉降作用下墙体的变形及受力情况,以及裂缝的产生原因和位置特点,本文利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,分别建立了条形基础上的三层砌体结构房屋模型以及其下部的地基模型,并且对所建结构模型在不同类型的不均匀沉降作用下的变形形式、受力情况以及破坏形态进行了模拟,对模拟结果进行分析并且与实际情况相对比,从而为砌体结构房屋预防裂缝出现提出一些有意义的建议。 本文主要包括以下几个研究内容: (1)结合相关参数的选取与设定,从而建立合理的砌体结构房屋模型的条形基础、上部结构以及地基模型,并且确定不均匀沉降作用的施加方式与施加依据; (2)利用建立好的模型研究建筑物在两端沉降以及中间沉降作用下砌体结构墙体的开裂发展过程,以及在此过程后的变形和应力的变化,归纳在两种沉降形式的情况下墙体产生的裂缝的特点,并与实际情况作对比; (3)通过调整地基模型刚度,,模拟基坑周边土体的不均匀沉降作用,以此来研究建筑物整体的变形、应力和裂缝的发展变化。 最后,对本文所研究的工作进一步归纳总结,综合在三种不均匀沉降形式下产生裂缝的特点并与实际相比较,然后提出本次所做工作的不足以及缺陷和今后可以改进的方向。
[Abstract]:The uneven settlement of foundation is one of the main causes of cracks in the wall of masonry structures. Because the masonry structure itself is relatively poor in integrity and stiffness, coupled with the tensile resistance of the materials involved in the masonry structure, the shear performance is generally not ideal, so masonry structure is more sensitive to the settlement of the structural type. Generally small relatively uneven settlement can cause significant cracking in the wall and cracks in the wall are the primary manifestation of various quality accidents of masonry structure buildings. In order to clarify the deformation and stress of masonry structure building under the action of various uneven settlement, as well as the causes and location characteristics of cracks, Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the three-story masonry structure building model on strip foundation and the foundation model of its lower part are established in this paper, and the deformation forms of the building model under different types of uneven settlement are analyzed. The stress situation and failure form are simulated, and the simulation results are analyzed and compared with the actual situation, so as to put forward some meaningful suggestions for the prevention of cracks in masonry structure buildings. This paper mainly includes the following research contents: (1) combining with the selection and setting of relevant parameters, the reasonable strip foundation, superstructure and foundation model of masonry structure building model are established. And to determine the application of uneven settlement and the basis of the application. 2) using the established model to study the development process of masonry structure wall cracking under the action of both ends settlement and intermediate settlement. And the changes of deformation and stress after this process, summarized the characteristics of cracks in the wall in the case of two kinds of settlement, and compared with the actual situation. 3) by adjusting the stiffness of the foundation model, The uneven settlement of soil around the foundation pit is simulated to study the deformation, stress and crack development of the whole building. Finally, the research work in this paper is further summarized, the characteristics of cracks produced under the three kinds of uneven settlement are synthesized and compared with the actual situation, and then the shortcomings and defects of this work and the direction to be improved in the future are put forward.
