基坑开挖引起紧邻建筑物沉降的简化计算方法

【摘要】:提出了一种基坑施工引起紧邻建筑物沉降的简化计算方法,可根据基本工程信息快速推求建构筑物基础沉降。与之前的方法相比,既考虑了基础刚度对沉降的影响,又避免了繁杂的有限元计算。在总结分析地表沉降特征和分布模式的基础上,结合工程经验和数值分析探讨了坑外土体沉降随深度变化规律。根据规律总结出基坑开挖对周边环境影响的分区特征,提出了坑外开挖面深度以上土体沉降分布曲线的简化计算公式。由于建筑物基础刚度远大于周围土体,假设其沉降主要来源于下卧土层变形,即建筑沉降等同于基底埋深处的土体沉降,从而得到了根据土体沉降分布曲线来描述建筑物沉降的简化计算方法。算例分析表明,其计算值与实测值有较好的一致性,可为预测、分析紧邻基坑施工的建筑物沉降提供参考。
[Abstract]:A simplified method for calculating the settlement of adjacent buildings caused by foundation pit construction is proposed, which can be used to calculate the foundation settlement of the building quickly according to the basic engineering information. Compared with the previous method, the influence of foundation stiffness on settlement is considered, and the complicated finite element calculation is avoided. On the basis of summing up and analyzing the characteristics and distribution patterns of surface subsidence, the variation law of soil settlement with depth outside the pit is discussed in combination with engineering experience and numerical analysis. Based on the rules, the zoning characteristics of the influence of excavation on the surrounding environment are summarized, and a simplified formula for calculating the distribution curve of soil settlement above the depth of excavation surface is proposed. Because the stiffness of the building foundation is much larger than that of the surrounding soil mass, it is assumed that the settlement mainly comes from the deformation of the underlying soil layer, that is, the building settlement is equal to the settlement of the soil in the depth of the basement. Thus, a simplified calculation method for describing the building settlement is obtained according to the soil settlement distribution curve. The analysis of an example shows that the calculated value is in good agreement with the measured value, which can be used as a reference for predicting and analyzing the settlement of the building adjacent to the foundation pit construction.
